Re: Ryback a draw?

Definitely. Personally I would keep his winning streak alive for a very long time.

Re: Ryback a draw?

There's nothing appealing about THE RYBACK to me. No real personality. Just some generic, forced Goldberg rehash with bigger muscles.

Re: Ryback a draw?

WWE don't seem at all concerned in creating a defining attribute to steer away from the Goldberg comparisons. Hell even the rybacks catchphrase has a similar meaning to Goldbergs

Who's next?
Feed me more.

Both state that they are ready for more/better competition.

The possibility of him being a draw really depends on the spending power that the 10-15 year old market has because most people in late teens still remember Goldbergs early 00's run and aren't real interested in a "lite" version of Goldberg. Give us something to connect to because a "winning streak" isn't that much to get into especially since their competition just ran a winning streak gimmick with a better character model in crimson.

Re: Ryback a draw?

Currently I don't think he is but in the very near future he will and be the next top face of the company. Maybe not as big as Cena but enough to keep the WWE afloat.

It's sort of hard to compare them, look wise i'll give you 100% of it. But alot of Billy gunns persona was not hindered by the product he was on (non-pg). Ziggler seems like a watered down billy gun because heels are so limited in how they can antagonize people. I see where the comparisons come from but.

Re: Ryback a draw?

Well you are certainly not alone.Even Good Ol' Jim Ross thinks so

"Irony...Ryback gets @Goldberg chants (which I have no issue with) and gets knocked by some of my Twitter followers @JRsBBQ because his singlet is airbrushed ala RVD as if that's a mortal sin. At the same time, the higher skilled Dolph Ziggler is compared to HBK, Billy Gunn and Curt Hennig because of his hair, attire, and in ring moves but that's o.k....

Re: Ryback a draw?

It doesn't matter look at Sheamus the guy isn't a draw too and WWE is doing everything in order to make him one his push is the biggest one I remember for a guy lately crowd doesn't give a fuck, if you are one of HHH's or Vince boys(in Ryback case) you have a secure main eventer career unless a Jeff Hardy type of guy that is naturally a draw appears.

Undertaker is a selfish, arrogant, broken down old has been who can't give it up, who doesn't give one shit about the next generation of stars and helping the company that made him thrive. It's always all about him.
