Will Punk be booked strongly?

The booking of Punk atm is absolute shit,Cena gets the better of him every time,do you think WWE will put Punk in a pointless and second tier match at WM? I know the top will be for Cena,Rock,Lesnar,Trips,Taker will Punk be facing anyone one of them and be booked as an important figure for WM? or is he going to facing a random face or heel?

Marking for:brock

CM PUNK. Still Best in the World.

Cena still sucks! So does Roman now.

Re: Will Punk be booked strongly?

Umm Punk gets the strongest booking next to Sheamus by far.

CM Punk/Rock should ME at Mania no questions asked.

Edit: I appreciate the fact that you can be both a Punk and Rocky fan. No reason not to enjoy both, unlike some marks.

Re: Will Punk be booked strongly?

He IS the strongest booked in the company besides Cena and Sheamus. Even as a heel he's going over guys clean.

Re: Will Punk be booked strongly?

They pretty much have to keep him booked strongly because he's the only shot they have at creating a strong top heel. Especially since WWE seem bent on giving all heels poor win/loss ratios (even Punk is only 22-17 this year). If you don't have any strong heels there's never anything to really put a face over to the heavens with, plus that no story will ever be great without a strong bad guy to carry it.

For WM I'd say that the best fight for Punk would probably be Triple H (where he should go over as Trips certainly doesn't need the rub). I suspect the other guys are already fairly set to fight other guys so that's the best scenario I can come up with. I'd be extremely happy with Punk getting a match with Rock at WM though, but I just don't think that's in the cards.

Re: Will Punk be booked strongly?

It's weird, Punk is booked now as a guy who got lucky for 300 days and hasn't earned respect, even though he used to be booked as unbeatable. Annoying, but... He's against Cena, so...
