"I AM The Tag Team Champions!"

What's your opinion on this? I've seen alot of people start to turn on Bryan/Kane because of this going on too long, and for one I agree. It hasn't ruined the team yet for me, but it's starting to get played out.

Re: "I am the tag team champions!"

I still love the duo and their storyline despite the little catchphrase. That got annoying real quick.

Re: "I am the tag team champions!"

that phrase won't last long. Hell it might be gone by next week. But it eventually be removed (Jacobs/Byran will probaly make it known they don't want to say it anymore or Vince/HHH will realize that its overdone)

Re: "I am the tag team champions!"

Yeah, they were kinda saying it too much it started getting awkward, i think Bryan noticed so he got into the "No, Yes" thing with the crowd to break the awkwardness.

Too long? It's been TWO DAYS. They may not even use it next week. I agree that it can get annoying if they push it too long, but they've been pretty good about switching things up with Bryan.

Re: "I am the Tag Team Champions!"

People wanted the Attitude Era, this is part of it. A portion of the reason that the Attitude Era was so successful besides the edginess and the blood and nudity was because EVERYONE on their roster had a CHARACTER at the time that the crowd was into. Scotty 2 Hotty, Road Dog, Mr. Ass, Mark Henry etc.

The characters/gimmicks might've been awful, but at least the people knew about every mid carder at the time and cheered/boo'ed for them. Compared to a year ago where you had several people on screen floating around without a character they could work with. And now that we have these characters like Brodus Clay, Kane/Bryan, Damien Sandow, Ryback etc. people are complaining

Yea it has been only two days but wow they probably said that a million times in 2 days..
EDIT: i'm not complaining i love the character/gimmicks, but they need to say something else other than that catchphrase over and over

Re: "I AM the Tag Team Champions!"

Anyone who turns on a wrestler over something thats clearly WRITTEN and assigned to them is a moron.

I agree thats its getting stupid.

Re: "I AM the Tag Team Champions!"

Couldn't they come up with something else to yell besides I am the tag team champions? I know what they were doing but "I am the team team champions" don't really sound to good.
