Undertaker... Retired/Ilness??

I apologise if this thread has been done before, pretty new to this forum, anyway....
There is speculation within the Wwe claiming superstars and wwe personell believe the Undertaker has (unofficially) retired, but will return in 2012 for the "Road To Wrestlemania". There is rumours that Undertakers injuries are much worse then he is letting on and is a main reason Michelle Mccool (temporarily) retired from Wwe. There is also a rumours rift about Undertaker suffering from an undisclosed illness, although rumours only started from the picture of Undertaker bald and skinny, many believe he has cancer (which is bullshit). I ask if anyone has any knowledge or thoughts on if they believe there is more to Undertaker being out of the Wwe then whats been told.

I do believe his injuries are worse then what we know, obviously he is older and they're catching up with him now. I dont believe he has cancer or anything, i'm more to believe because of the picture ciculating the net that everyone jumps to conclusions and make up stories. But eitherway i hope he recovers from injuries illness whatever and returns heathly for next year.

Re: Undertaker... Retired/Ilness??

I agree that age has finally caught up with him and that Wrestlemania 28 is going to be his last.

As for being ill, I hope not. Would be horrible if he was suffering from an illness.

Re: Undertaker... Retired/Ilness??

I think part of th reason they are having Rock/Cena this year is because that match is big enough to fill the void left by Taker.
When he does come back he needs to do wrestlemania and RETIRE . Dont put it off until the next Survivor Series . Just do wm and say goodbye the following night on raw . For his own sake and for his wifes sake .

I wouldnt be to suprised to see him back at wm 28 though .........

In all honesty if Undertaker was genuinely seriously ill, the WWE would be staging some massive tribute along the lines of "get well Mark" so I think we can safely rule it out.

I had no signature till now, but this just has to be quoted.

I'm sure his body is fucked up after being active for such a long active. Hopefully a year of rest will result in him feeling better. I'd like to see him 2 more 'Mania's, and 1 of them against Cena, but maybe I'm being selfish here.

I completely disagree. Undertaker is one of the few guys who's character gets protected. He doesn't appear out of character. Heck they protect him so much they don't even announce his injuries, they write him off with buried alive matches or just let him disappear for months on end without a mention.

Not to mention he is a really private person too.

So no, I don't believe the WWE would publicise this. That said, I don't think he has an illness or anything. Just really hurt from a long career. He needs to retire sadly.

Re: Undertaker... Retired/Ilness??

Just more reason to be pissed about the shitty ending to the otherwise great match he had at the last Wrestlemania. Undertaker should have lost.

Now he's gonna retire with an undefeated Wreslemania streak? Amazing. Undertakerberg for the epic fail.

If he REALLY is sick, then I hope he's okay though.

Re: Undertaker... Retired/Ilness??

I think he should just take off WM 28 and save his 20-0 and final match for Cena at WM 29. That will be epic.

Re: Undertaker... Retired/Ilness??

He's nearly 7 feet tall and 50 years old. Its hard for huge guys like that to stay in shape. He doesn't have to prove anything, and I hope for his sake that WrestleMania XXVII was his last. Of course if he can get healthy and feels good come April, I wish him all the best. He's gotta take it easy on those bad knees though.
