Im glad the Dean/Roman bromance continues just seeing Dean and Roman after the Survivor Series match was a touching moment you can tell they are close and are brothers. These guys have travel up and down the road together and have made that bond and its cute to see. Theres no way a heel turn is happening between them. Brothers for life

Yeah, why would anyone want to see a compelling storyline in wrestling when we can have bros4life instead.

Me too! One of my favourite parts of WWE :)

But I do hope they keep them in separate storylines for awhile, like I said in another thread - keep them as brothers who help out each other on occasion but mostly have their own storylines. They team up sometimes when it's needed and they occasionally have a meeting backstage or whatever. If they do too much stuff together, it'll get tired.

And that's why the product sucks, people don't want to see bromance and frendship, that shit doesn't sell, it doesn't generate interest.

People want to see competitiviness, wrestlers wanting to kill each other, thats why the AE was so good. I hope that Roman turns on Ambrose by destroying him in the most brutal way, while standing in the middle of the ring with the blood of his "brother" on his hands receiving an insane heat from the crowd, reacting at this insane but majestic picture of betrayal.

That's great storyline.

On Sunday they should have had Reigns getting a bit frustrated because no matter what he did to Dean he just kept stumbling to his feet before eventually Ambrose wins, then they slowly recover Ambrose has the belt, Reigns stares him down, hug and fist bump then when Dean turned around to celebrate you have the brutal beatdown you described, would have had to be brutal worst than what we see usually then Reigns leaves through the crowd and Sheamus cashes in.

Reigns joins Authority with Sheamus and Ambrose is the anti hero which crowds from all towns cheer for, Reigns top heel and a more natural role and a story featuring guys in their correct placements. That's a story and that took 75 secs to think of and is better than the shovel of shite we got on Sunday and Monday.

As one point yes, I'm happy too. A real friendship in wrestling is really something new. But, in this point, is really hurting Dean because he is stale at the "friend". If they put Dean in another angle and ocassionaly help Roman, yeah, I'm over it, but if the upcoming months he still is only the "supporter friend" I will grow tired.

Both are each other's sidekicks tbh. Reigns was pretty much in the same situation when Ambrose chased the title. Except he actually watched Dean's back.
Yeah people seem to forget that, Roman didn't even have his own storyline when Dean was challenging for the title, he wasn't booked for the Elimination Chamber PPV and he got banned from ringside during that match. He only showed up after it was over to help Dean battle The Authority. Plus on Raw the following night he was the one who negotiated Dean's ladder match at MITB too. So Roman has def been Dean's sidekick as well.

And Dean and Roman didn't even have any interaction on Raw this week or on SD from the spoilers, so I think they're on separate paths now.

It's pretty good for all Shield's fans, but not that good for Dean's solo career. Playing second fiddle won't get you very high on a totem pole.

Alright, but what do their characters gain from it? What does it do for the show from a booking standpoint? Does it do anything fresh? Because to me, it seems like Ambrose is little more than Reigns' lackey, which I think as an Ambrose fan would bug you.
Maybe you're positive about it because it attaches Ambrose to one of the staples of the show? :draper2

Ambrose deserves more than to play second fiddle to someone that is still struggling to get over himself. The closer they are the more inevitable comparisons are going to happen and since Roman is the chosen one, then Dean looks like the lackey/little buddy. I think a friendship is awesome but at this point it needs to be sparingly. What killed me is when it made sense for Dean to be helping Roman when he was being triple teamed he wasn't there. I'm all for that. Having each other's back when shit really hits the fan, but they don't need to be booked together on a weekly basis.

Unlike Seth who stabbed his brothers in the back I dont see Dean doing this he would of done something by now. Dean can go off doing his own thing and Roman do his own thing but I would like at times for them to come together and have eachothers backs

That is why Roman or Dean should turn on each other. Good tv. It well be shocking to see it.That is what a heel turn is. Batista turned on Rey. So I see no difference at all here.

Then they should be tag champs if this bromance is going to countinue

Roman and Dean had a good match and a nice bromance moment.

Now, its time they go their separate ways and tag occassionally against common enemies.

But Dean should stop being Roman's sidekick butler every week.

Time to go their separate ways and not let them cross paths frequently.

I'm positively appalled at the number of clues OP dropped yet no one realise he's having a good ol' bit of trolling fun?

Reigns should of turned on Ambrose. The fact it would make him look hypocritical is precisely why he should turn heel. That is the whole point.

This is WWE. Its suppose to be entertainment, not a show about Jersey shore "bros". Ambrose turning would have been pure entertainment. There was nothing entertaining about that bromance shit, especially when they didn't even give us a good match. If it was a 4 star match, then my opinion would be different. First Ambrose vs Reigns match and thats how it goes down? That was no bueno.

Now that he's still "bros" with Reigns, where does Ambrose go from here?

It was a good idea for them to keep this going since the timing for Ambrose to turn is off right now. We're pre-WM so they wouldn't do it justice.

There is money in this feud. When Reigns beats Lesnar at WM and carries on with his reign as champion, you finally have the Reigns/Ambrose rematch. In that match, you have Ambrose turn and take the title from Reigns. Not only will you elevate Ambrose, but you'll have a genuine feud on your hands that can be meaningful and interesting if you book it well.

Reigns over Brock at WM, and Ambrose over HHH. Get both guys looking good for that turn at Extreme Rules and you have something potentially special heading into Summerslam. Story works on multiple angles. Reigns being mentally shaken from being betrayed by his brother, and Ambrose basically running amok as the top heel and champion. Slowly build Reigns back up, and get things heated again for a final face-off at Summerslam. From there, you could even take things to HIAC or leave it aside to pick up again in 2017.

Point being when Ambrose turns, he needs to go to the top like Rollins did. Can't do that now. Can do it after WM especially if they give him a good feud heading into it like HHH.

The tournament and Survior Series in general could and should have left at the very least Owens, Wyatt, Ambrose and Reigns looking stronger, being elevated and into fresh feuds.

The Wyatts could have won but post match B.O.D clean house and send Strowman over the announce table, chokeslam and tombstone Harper/Rowan but Wyatt escapes with the win and unscathed. Taker then has his nostalgia moment post match but importantly Wyatt picks up a huge win and his words mean something

Owens vs Ambrose, Owens can't keep Ambrose down and becomes frustrated during the match someone I like Barratt is on commentary and as Owens is about to hit his finisher Barratt distracts him and Ambrose gets the roll up. Owens has looked strong and the announcers sell it AND Barratt can replace Ambrose as an upper card face reverting back to the Bad News gimmick that was over.

As we said Reigns attacks Ambrose after the win and leaves when Sheamus cashes in.

So from that you have top face who is universally over and a top heel in Reigns who has mega heat AND everyone is wondering has he aligned with the Authority. Owens has looked strong and come within a whisker of being in the final and will now feud with Bad News Barratt in a feud where they can both cut promos and show case their skills. If as I think would happen they get even more over then they are ready to step up when required. The Wyatts come out off the back of a huge win and can effectively go after anyone they please because he beat Taker and Kane. I'd have him demand a title match for him but also for Harper/Rowan. Authority say no, they announce a tag team TLC match which will be New Day plus three other teams and qualifiers start tonight and Ambrose is facing Sheamus tonight for the title. There's still speculation on Reigns joining Authority but neither side has confirmed it. Before the main event Reigns speaks and he won't apoligise for his actions last night as he has had his chance taken time and time again, he shouldn't even have had to qualify but Dean convinced him to prove himself. But he says he is his own man and hasn't joined the Authority.

Last match before the main event is Harper/Rowan vs Sandow/Axl which Wyatt's win easily and look dominant in the ring. New Day attack after match with a chair and leave before Bray and Strowman can get out to ringside. As Bray and Co. look on from ring New Day are on the stage and are joined by HHH, Steph, Sheamus and the New Day. HHH introduces the reinvigorated Authority who are stronger than ever. The main event goes much the same as Survior series Ambrose refuses to stay down, The Authority is at ringside to see who will become the new no.1 contender. Eventually they get counted out as they brawl, Ambrose sees Sheamus during the brawl and dives on him and Reigns is handed a sledgehammer which he nails Ambrose in the back of the head with. The beatdown ensues and the new look Authority is complete with Reigns as the muscle.

I'd have Ambrose and Reigns being uncontrollable so they try to keep them apart, Steph says there will be no match between the two and it eventually will lead to a match and a hostile feud. All the while you have the Wyatt's stalking the Authority and causing havoc on TV interupting matches, interviews everything you can think off. Owens and Barratt are aloud the time and booking to get over organically.

It's not perfect in any way but if that was booked you have elevated Ambrose, Reigns, Wyatt, Owens and Barratt as well as New Day and Sheamus. You have the feuds between New Day and Wyatt's as well as Reigns vs Ambrose but also Bray targeting Sheamus and/or HHH. I dont nessacrily mean that Wyatt gets a title shot or even a proper feud woth Sheamus but you sell him as a huge threat who wants gold and he wants power both of which the Authority have.

From what I can see Survior series the way they did it elevated no one other than Sheamus, no fresh story, no character development and no unpredictability. Some people won't like the way that I have done that but it's about trying to book a group of 5 or 6 guys as main event tier talent not one guy.
