Does Sheamus look to you like he is gonna cash in successfully?

Because for me he doesn't. Current Sheamus looks, build, credibility and every fuckin thing about him doesn't make him look like a champion to me.I believe he is just there for the sake of have a Mr MITB and nothing else. I believe he will fail the cash in specially if it is Seth or Reigns as champs (assuming a possible scenario of Reigns winning the title at mania).

The only case that look credible enough to me is the return of Daniel Bryan and him becoming a champion.

Think he'll be unsuccessful.

Not on a Sandow level of failure but something will stop Sheamus.

Hopefully not Randy Orton, we've seen enough of those two 1 v 1 :Rollins

Nope, and if he did, the ratings would likely plummet.

OK so you guys have correctly identified he doesn't look like he will successfully cash-in, and some have gone on to say that WWE could use this as a "shock factor" successful cash-in.

I actually think WWE will go one step further into their delusion and actually try and turn him face in the process, have him successfully cash-in, and the fans totally don;t accept him as a face, leaving us with a failed-face turn of a WWE Champ.

Believe me, WWE can fuck this up even further.

He doesn't look strong and he's completely lost in the shuffle. He's in that place where I can honestly forget that he exists until he comes on screen.

So far this sounds like typical MitB booking. WWE loves to make the audience forget about the MitB winner so that the eventual cash-in is a "shock." And Sheamus is following that same style of booking. So as much as I desperately want his cash-in to fail, I'm feeling like it will probably be successful, unfortunately.
Of course every time I'm certain something is going to happen, I'm usually wrong. I just hope I'm wrong this time and he does fail and just goes away.

I read somewhere on the forum (dont remember who) mentioned about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle movie that Sheamus is in is coming up (not sure when). If they piggy back that with a title reign around the same time... then I guess it could make sense. I wouldnt necessarily be for it - but I could at least see why they would do it then. But then again I have no idea if he's already filmed/etc.

Nope.

I've always seen it like this, we now have one major title in the company and I really don't think Sheamus is gonna reach the top of the mountain as opposed to others who haven't had their hands on it or a due to get their hands on it. (E.g Cena)

I can't see where he fits in the title picture until maybe after Wrestlemania, but I don't think WWE would've given him the briefcase if they never had the intention of putting the belt on him. So I think he'll cash in successfully, but sometime next year.

I don't understand all the people thinking he's going to fail. WWE LOVES him. They've been trying to make him a main eventer for 7 years and it's never worked, they can't help themselves, they always hammer their own people down our throats whether people will take them or not. And they damn sure don't care about ratings if the product we see every week is any indication, which despite going lower and lower and lower has not changed AT ALL.

WWE still uses Cena non-cash in as "hey he doesn't always win". Keeping Sandow from cashing in cancels it out.

Sheamus is like top 3 most over-pushed but they also don't push hard enough for 1 span for him to really get over. But why do heels need to be over. With Seth he was chosen poster boy and corporate champ, he was expected to be the best overall, when he is only best in ring.

Sheamus is seen as a weaker heel than Rollins, which is odd cause Sheamus is like PG version of his original self.
