I like Punk, but am I supposed to be ok with him possibly defeating Lesnar? Lesnar isn't full time, and I can't stand this one time thing. CM Punk vs Lesnar is just a PPV feud. There will be no substance to it.

Pretty sad when Mark Henry and Alberto Del Rio are the only main event heels in the company right now.. I'd include Ryback but his character basically got fucking buried last night... With Punk off to the babyface side, and Ziggler likely joining him, this better mean a face is going heel to keep the numbers the same.. Maybe Orton or Jericho?
I'm pretty sure I'd call Lesnar a main-event heel, but I get what you're saying. He's in no way, shape or form a full-time performer.

I'm fine with Punk going the face-route, as long as he doesn't fall back into that groove of late 2011-summer 2012.

And no, this isn't going to be epic because they just robbed us of the best heel in the company. Babyface Punk is about 25% of what heel Punk is. I don't want to see him cracking shitty jokes again.
Punk isn't going back to that same character man I'm sure he knows what he's doing

This is essentially Punk Vs Paul Heyman because they'll be doing the majority of the speaking so this is going to be fairly entertaining

If he thinks going babyface is going to better him, he clearly doesn't.

We can't believe that someone with your skin color has the level of education that you have, so your gimmick is just gonna be that we put you on tv and brag that you went to school. Cause that's basically the gimmick that they gave him, how much more racist could his gimmick have been? Am I missing something here? What was the reason that the people were supposed to get behind him, other than the company just saying "phht, well, he's...in school".

Lesnar absolutely needs Heyman. In fact, it was Lesnar that got Heyman back into the WWE after he'd been gone since 2007. He doesn't want to talk, and he wanted Heyman to talk for him, so here he is. Luckily they've kept Heyman around as a manager for others too.

For the last fucking time, Punk is a tweener now!!!!!

He doesn't pander to the audience, he doesn't overcome the odds, and he still calls himself the best in the world. Jesus Christ, the people on this forum only think in black and white, good and bad, face and heel.

Maybe you've forgotten from the days of Stone Cold what a good ol tweener is...

It should be a fun feud. Lesnar has to win because he's fighting either Undertaker or The Rock (or someone big) at Wrestlemania 30.

But again, it will be a fun feud.

I wonder how they will handle it because we have a long time to go before Summerslam. They have to keep us interested somehow. Hopefully they figure out something good.

I'm saying I don't think he is going to be that cheeky kid friendly babyface he once was, his character has progressed from that after everything he has done he's going to be his own man rebel type face that doesn't kiss anyones ass
