Bryan to cash in on the Monday. Let Henry have it one day. Next week Henry gets his title shot, loses then Cena says he deserves his rematch that he never got.

NO ONE needs to see that.
Cena will eventually pass Flair's record, but those records don't mean much in pro wrestling, anyway.

Re: Can Mark Henry beat Cena and become WWE champion?

Keep in mind Henry beat Ryback, and so this shouldn't be some easy win for Cena. I actually think Cena loses this match, and from there I'm not sure what happens. Henry winning the title makes sense, and we all know the losing champion gets their re-match. So, Cena losing isn't that big of a deal. Not to mention he would be losing to a legend, not some rookie.

I didn't say Johnny should speak for him. Heyman didn't speak for Punk.

The only reason I say Henry needs someone is because WWE probably won't let Cena lose clean when the belt is on the line.

Re: John Cena vs. Mark Henry for the WWE Championship

Finally no more Ryback, and if Henry wins this it'll be even better.

They don't have to give him the belt to acknowledge it. I'm simply stating a fact, there has never been a black WWE Champion, and there never will be, at least not while Vince McMahon is running the WWE. Much in the same way that there will never be an English world champion. Certain people do not get certain opportunities regardless of merit.

You don't believe this do you? Cena was never "turning heel" and with the recent news of the clothing line there is absolutely no chance of this happening. Though I do think Cena has been made to be an intentional heel to the IWC and smarks.

He should. Hopefully the fans rally behind him, and WWE sees the benefit of putting the title on the guy.

I'd love a quick reign. He can win it and then drop it on RAW 1 or 2 weeks after.

Re: John Cena vs. Mark Henry for the WWE Championship

I'd been cooling down on Henry for a long while now as he seemed to just be becoming a generic, boring monster heel. But it's now safe to say my interest is captured for this. And all of that's because of Henry. I'm not interested in this match for Cena and the fact he's almost inevitably going to win is rather annoying to me.

But still, I want to see this. I hope Henry wins because holy fuck does he deserve it and he'd be a much more interesting champion than Cena (though most people would be that at this point, really) but odds are good he's not going to. Which is a shame, to have that awesome promo and the month of fued build-up to be thrown away by having Cena "overcome the odds" once again.
