They usually load in for big stadium events about 2 weeks before the event. And yes the WWE keeps all of their old sets, including WCW's in a few storage warehouses in CT. CM Punk tweeted a picture of the warehouse a few months ago while he was working on his DVD.

I'm sure that's wrong. I was watching day by day photos of them putting up the stage in Miami and it was just over a week. Same with NY, 2 weeks max.
