Yeah but since Heyman is involved and Brock and Triple H will want to steal the show, I was hoping for something interesting, No holds barred match is in almost every wrestlemania, nothing worth teasing about for 2 weeks.

Re: Stupidest stipulation ever?

Sledgehammer ladder match wins this thread. Climb the ladder to get the sledge so you can legally use it on your opponent... whats to stop him bringing one to the ring with him? Whats going to happen? a DQ? in a ladder match yeah???

WWE logic sometimes...

Agreed but wwe seem so lazy this year at wm that it is a joke. They think they can force us anything and the fans will have it. Sad thing is we will.

Current favourites: CM Punk, The Shield, Dolph Ziggler, Daniel Bryan, Bray Wyatt.
All time favourites: The Undertaker, The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, CM Punk, Scott Hall.

Not removing until CM Punk is back in the WWE.

Re: Stupidest stipulation ever?

It was very much the let down cherry topping on a very boring Raw sundae lets put it that way. I was stunned by the sheer exuberance that Heyman delivered that line which basically equates to absolutely nothing new and exciting at all.

Re: Stupidest stipulation ever?

I dunno why people are surprised... it was so obviously going to be a stipulation match... followed by the career on the line stipulation. I guessed on several threads that it'd be HIAC and the career, but I guess no DQ is as good as (given the lack of action the Cell actually sees during matches anyway).

And no, HHH did not retire after Summerslam... not sure where all that speculation is coming from.

That would have been a whole new level of terrible. Thank god they didn't do something like that.

Re: Stupidest stipulation ever?

An MMA-style match would have bombed big time. Brawl For All, anyone? Shamrock's boring Lion's Den matches?

I'm a Brock Lesnar Guy.

No matter what stipulation would be, you guys would always complain about it.

Re: Stupidest stipulation ever?

The stupidest stipulation ever it's the "if you loses... you're fired" thanks to Cena booking with the Nexus thing. Even with people that are not Cena, you for sure know that he's going to return sooner or later. It doesn't add nothing to the match.
