All they care about is the past and not worrying about their future. It also doesn't help that rock is hogging all the spotlight right now from guys like Orton, Ziggler and Sheamus who you should be building as your next big time stars.
Not entirely true. You can't blame Rock for a botched title scene. Rock did his part by keeping John Cena away from the title. From there it should have been Punk, Sheamus, and Orton doing their parts by keeping the belt relevant and creating stars.

CM Punk has a 400 day reign and only puts over Rock Cena. Everyone he feuded with got buried.

Sheamus buries Bryan in 18 seconds and ends up putting over Big Show.

You go back to the AE and if Austin was occupied away from the belt they're going to make sure 2 guys come out from it. BTW Austin still Main Evented.

This isn't a spectacular number. 520 would have been a home run this number is just treading water. That 10% increase probally just covers the 10% additional expenses Rock brings to the table. Should be noted this doesn't account for the increased attendance and gates that he brings in either.

It should be noted that the WWE Championship missed TLC. Losing Punk wasn't the problem. You can't build a PPV around a tag match.

First off people have been streaming PPV at a rate they never have before. Also your assuming Dwayne fans must like wrestler when there are plenty who never desire to watch WWE. Still did a great number, stop crying and embrace Rocky greatness

In 2011 and 2012 Rocky only had two matches in two years so whats your excuse for all those other PPV? Fact is WWE is incompetent and has do desire to push anyone near Cena level while hes there out of fear he would get overshadowed, that has nothing to do with Rock.

-It's WWE's fault for not creating stars. No way is Rock responsible

-Just one doubt:There are people that say the failure to create new stars is WWE's fault and not Rock's fault(Entirely true)

But these are the same people that blame John Cena(with much less power than Rock) for not creating new stars.Shouldn't that be WWE's fault too?

Why such bias?

^Because Cena has been the face of the company since last 8 years and still hasn't put over anyone clean.

Look at the Rock, when he was the face of the company between late 1999 to mid 2002,he put over Angle,Jericho and even passed the torch to the man of the new Ruthless Aggression Era i.e.,Brock Lesnar. He even tried to put over Hurricane by losing to him on Raw.

While Cena hasn't put anyone over yet.Look at Nexus, they were huge for some time but what happened, Cena single handed destroyed them and their credibility.Cena also buried Bobby Lashley.

You may argue that Cena has put over Punk, but before you do that kindly remember that Punk still hasn't pinned Cena clean.

Also remember that Cena was the one who was behind the firing of Kenny Dykstera,Cena buried ALEX RILEY(a great future talent),he buried Michael Tarver, and got him fired as well. How many examples you need huh?

There are even rumours that Cena wants Ryback to turn heel, this much for putting over young talent, lol.

If there is one cancer in pro-wrestling ATM it's not The Rock or anyone else but John Cena, like it or not.

When we are talking about putting over young talent, mentioning Cena's name with such an unselfish guy like The Rock is blashphemy,IMHO!

Rock is the biggest star of pro-wrestling EVER,and yet he has no problems in putting over young talent,he's also going to put over Cena at this year's Mania.Cena should learn something from him how to help this industry.

People that are blaming Rock(mostly I believe are Austin fans) are doing it cause of sheer jealousy and hatred for the G.O.A.T.,and hence no one takes them seriously, especially when they blame him for WWE's failure, in creating new stars.

THE ROCK: The biggest star and draw of pro-wrestling industry EVER.

1.Holds the record of drawing most major shows with 10,000+ attendance on top in one calendar year.[Broke Hogan's(1986) and Austin's(1998) record in 1999 and set a record of headlining over 100 shows with 10,000 plus people in attendance in year 2000.A box-office drawing record that is unsurpassed till date.]

2.Holds the record of main-eventing almost 17 PPVs that have got over 500k buys(again,a feat of inimitable drawing power that is unmatched by anyone in pro-wrestling history)

3.Drew the highest cable ratings during the AE.

4.Sold more merchandise than anyone active between mid 1999-2001.

Rumble PPV is usually sold out though. Last year was a sell out too.

Increased ticket prices because with the Rock there WWE knows they can charge more. That's why they announce his matches so far in advance. Then you have to factor in the Raws and SD that he showed up at.
