For me I would go with Undertaker/Lesnar for WrestleMania 30 the 30th anniversary because personally everyone wanted this match including myself for this year's WrestleMania, for WrestleMania 29 but never got it and not to mention Undertaker & Lesnar have a history with one another but that was when Lesnar was a young rookie pretty much and Lesnar isn't a rookie anymore, he is the most dangerous and most baddest man in the WWE not to mention on the planet but Lesnar has never faced The Undertaker in this Dead Man gimmick so

I wouldn't be opposed to an Undertaker/Sheamus match for WrestleMania 30 either to be honest and I feel like if anyone can take The Undertaker to the limit it is The Great White Sheamus
But personally I would want Undertaker vs Chris Jericho and I will tell you why? Because Jericho he was a part of Undertaker's "era" along with HHH and HBK, Kane was also a part of that era and so was Big Show and Christian too but Jericho yes sure he has faced The Undertaker before in the past but never on a big stage like WrestleMania and if there is anyone who can take The Undertaker to the limit and then some it would be Y2J Chris Jericho

It'll be Cena, and that would be a big match I'd be hyped to see. Brock would be good too, but he'll be tied up with Dwayne.
As for people mentioning Sting - yes it would be massive and draw huge numbers and everyone would love to see it, but the match itself would probably be a bit of a let down. Maybe not, but they're both old now and have never worked together (to my knowledge anyway. Maybe when Taker was Mean Mark in the early 90s).

They have never worked together - that is the allure.
Sting and Undertaker are the last two "characters" that got monster over. I don't think we will ever see a character rise to those heights again.
