WM=Perfect time to turn Cena

Now I know there has been a bazillion of these threads. And I'm saying this taking away the fact that Cena is the golden boy, that he sells the merchandise, and that he is the face for the kids.

I know his turn has been speculated from every possible angle.

But really, of all the times to ever possibly turn heel, could any of them be bigger than WM 29?

I mean a rematch for the Rock against the WWE title to me honestly seem pretty plain after seeing them fight last year. The only way you could really make it distinct would be by having a major turn like that.

I mean Cena would certainly have reason. He could be spiteful after his bad year in the WWE, watching a movie star come in and just take the WWE championship. So there is certainly cause there.

Again, I'm saying this without considering the fact Cena is the face for the kids that watch the WWE. Just purely from a logic point.

If WWE ever plans on turning Cena heel again in his career, I can't see a much bigger time than his match at WM 29. The amount of press, the shake this would have on the WWE... it would be insane.

Yeah but you gotta admit, a Cena heel turn on Rock at WM and winning the belt, I don't think you can change the landscape on one fell swoop further than that. The press that WWE would get from doing that would be insane, the ratings would likely be bazerk.

Cena/rock III should be the perfect time for a cena heel turn. It's the rubber match and cena would take it all.

And no I don't think this will be at wrestlemania 30. Cena/rock III would work for the main event for summerslam

Top 10 all time favorites:

Stone Cold Steve Austin
The Undertaker
Shawn Michaels
Chris Jericho
Brock Lesnar
Kurt Angle
HHH
Edge
CM Punk
Kane (98-04)

Re: WM=Perfect time to turn Cena

It's either now or never as far as I'm concerned. Guess which one WWE will go with.

Spoiler for answer:
NEVER

Re: WM=Perfect time to turn Cena

I've just given up on Cena turning heel until we know he's on his last legs. It's not going to happen until he has 1 or 2 years left in the business before his body just completely shuts down and they have one more opportunity to do big business with him. Otherwise, he's staying face. Alvarez actually reported that when Cena wasn't on the house shows this week, SmackDown's house shows actually drew better than Raw's. That's pretty damn scary and you can toss any hope of Cena going heel now out the window with that being said.

What everyone really wants for Christmas:

Re: WM=Perfect time to turn Cena

I think it's a horrible time to turn heel.

He lost as a face to Rock at 28. so if he has to turn heel in order to beat Rock for the 2nd try, that means he could never do it as a face. That makes face cena look bad; something that doesn't exist in the WWE Universe.

plus, he is on the Fruity pebbles box now. That would hurt their sales, and that would kill Vince. Vince is like Mr. Krabs.
