this is why none of my bets were over 10 bucks.

shield went beyond +1000 & team cena were at -2000 before the books got word what was going down.

damn, i didn't know they were that high. i saw them at +600 earlier today. i took them a few days ago. gotta figure the books will get word of what's going down most of the time, i mean the shit is fixed, and u gotta assume there's a lot of spineless, shady people working at wwe trying to make a buck.

Re: Paddy Power Odds

Glad I ended putting on late bets on Swagger and Shield. Del Rio/Rock covered Henry losing. Ended up maxing out on The Shield and Team Cena during the show as SkyBet had the babyfaces above evens and Paddy Power had the heels above evens. Shame Paddy Power's max bet was only at £42.59. Still up £56 from the show. Shame Henry lost.

Since when have paddy power done WWE matches?

I've been with them for over a year and never been able to find any wrestling section.

Since Mania last year. SkyBet too but until TLC they only did the big 4. Boylesports & Victor Chandler too do it.

On PP they're found in sports novelties. I just search WWE, it's quicker.

Re: Paddy Power Odds

Everytime one of these threads come up people come and criticize people for betting on scripted event who clearly know absolutely nothing about the betting industry. Bookies aren't fools, the profit margins on these markets are a lot higher than the average market and I'm sure the max bet they would allow would be quite low comparatively. People are acting as if Vince could come along and put 100k on someone and clean up.

Also when then is such a big swing in odds it is most likely them just balancing their books because there has been a lot of people on on side. Especially in a niche, novelty market like this it would take a lot less money for a big swing in odds.

How much you win? I was in two minds to put a fiver bet on, and they were the two I would have picked.

Random question, but on a match like Miz/Cesaro, I always find them way too risky. Miz could win without winning the title, which is the main reason why you feel safe better on a champion. We all have an inkling when they're about to drop it, but when they can retain by DQ do you ever feel really cheated?

not in the case of the shield last night, the way those odds flipped, somebody had to be in 5dimes ear. anyway, that was the first time i gambled on wwe, and it made wrestling actually fun to watch again. i'm doing this regularly for now on, every ppv. let's bank on cena at mania.
