Getting beaten clean by top 3 babyfaces in the company is not bad. As long as they look strong losing.
It doesn't matter if it's the top 3 faces. They will still never be taken seriously again if they lose clean. Look at a good heel stable like Evolution or NWO, they could walk the walk and didn't get jobbed out when they were just getting hot. Why not have them DESTROY everything in their path for a year and THEN lose to the top faces. They haven't even had proper build up to lose tthis early.. it will completely kill their momentum and the stable will NEVER recover if they lose clean.
all 3 men will hit their finishers at the same time and JEEEEEYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN CEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENAAAAAAAAAAA (BA DA DA DA, BA DA DA DA, YOU CANT SEE ME, MY TIME IS NOW) will put Dean Ambrose in the STF and he will tap immediately to piss off the IWC.
KARLA LOPEZ, THE HOTTEST MODEL/ACTRESS ALIVE. Sheamus, Swagger, Wade, Dixie, Cesaro, Sami, DB, RKO, Drew, Del Rio, Cody, Punk, AJ LEE / (RIP to one of the Pigtails Goddesses, AJ LEE) CHAMPviaDQ = Great GFX.
Look, I am not a fan of any of those faces to be perfectly honest, but if they are able to do two things with The Shield, then I will be OK with them losing.
1) Make them look good in defeat. They have never lost or suffered any huge defeats of any kind so them losing should be a hard goal to accomplish for the faces.
2) Have a plan for them following this match. If they go right to being jobbers, then fuck it, they fucked up. If they are able to keep them on a stable path and give them cool stuff to do following this point, then awesome.

REVIEWS OF WWE BEAST IN THE EAST AND NJPW DOMINION 2015
Where is Elmination Chamber this year? Because if it's not in a southern state then I can totally see the fans being behind the Shield after Monday's promo, especially since it's a PPV crowd which usually brings out all the vocal diehards.
I always thought that I was the Samaritan in that story (Fisk)
What the hell does that mean? (Officer)
It means that I'm not the Samaritan. That I'm not the priest, or the Levite. That I am the ill intent... who set upon the traveler on a road that he should not have been on. (Fisk)
Thanos is only beaten because he allows himself to be, and he only allows himself to be beaten because, in spite of his ambition to attain ultimate power, he sub-consciously knows that he's not worthy of it.

I agree that they could lose and still thrive going forward. But I don't see the WWE doing that with much success if any given their recent history with stables. Like I said they will probably never be taken seriously again if they lose clean and it's because of how the WWE books these types of scenarios. Look at a good heel stable like Evolution or NWO, they could walk the walk and didn't get jobbed out when they were just getting hot. Why not have them DESTROY everything in their path for a year and THEN lose to the top faces. They haven't even had proper build up to lose this early.. it will completely kill their momentum. Usually new talent doesn't need to go un-beaten to look strong but this is absolutely one of those instances where they should keep winning by hook or crook and just piss poeple off and make you want to see them get beat finally.
I just jumped back in from not watching for a very long and the shield have my attention. Same with Punk/Lesnar/Heyman/Rock. But if they don't book The Shield as a legitimate force going forward I'm just not nearly as interested in the product overall. Just getting beaten straight up is my biggest fear and I have little to no faith in the current WWE creative to make the shield look strong again after the fact.
