If Vince wants huge ratings after WM, then Lesnar should be the one winning the title at WM. That would be huge.

A best way for WWE to have Rock/Cena II without technically having it would be a Triple Threat match including CM Punk... with Elimination rules!
It has a lot of benefits. It gives CM Punk a chance to be in the real main event of WrestleMania... the last match. He sorta earned it by now, I guess. Adding Punk gives the Cena/Rock feud new elements for their buildup. Plus, Punk/Rock has been pretty good and it shouldn't end at Elimination Chamber.
Also I think a Triple Threat would probably be better overall. John Cena and CM Punk have incredible chemistry and could easily carry a main event by themselves... this takes the pressure of Rock. He's still very rusty in the ring. Cena and Punk can do the hard work while Rock does some cool stuff.
CM Punk should be eliminated first, of course, and tossed aside. John Cena would then fight The Rock in a epic battle to end WrestleMania. That's how I would do it

Bare with me a monment: The PPV is in New York/Jersey which is deep IWC HARDCORE FANS and Vince knows if he ends the show whith Cena going Over Rock clean and wins the Title the fans will shit all over itt and prob throw shit in the ring and IMO Vince knows this and noway in hell would he let Wrestlemania end on a bad note like this so I expect The Rock to win and drop the title at a later date.

The crowd won't make a difference since Rock and Cena most likely won't even be able to hear them. It would be dumb to have the Rock win since he is leaving after Wrestlemania.
