If (and that is a god damn big IF) they're planning on changing up Cenas character, the seeds would merely be planted in that match, with Cena perhaps using pulled tights or using the ropes. Something quick, snappy & not overtly heel-ish at the very end of a long match that will shock the audience, without giving them time to think ''hey, he just turned heel, awesome'', anything too heel-ish such as a steel chair or Paul Heyman/The Shield getting involed would feel contrived at this early stage, and more likely than not would get him cheered.
How Cena would sell it afterwards should be similar to how Randy Orton actually sold his
shock after he'd just smacked and punted Vince, it was masterful.
Cena (and the commentators) could sell his conflict after the match, and look regretful and sorry over what he'd done. This way, Vince can drag this thing out (he loves dragging things out) for as long as he wants without having to turn Cena the full bad guy.
