Re: John Cena and The Rock have sold me on watching their match after that amazing pr
I'll admit that while the last 5 minutes were good, very good in fact, (from Cena showing signs he's cracking to the physical altercation that may indicate that something may change within Cena), but still, it only elevated the segment for me from "meh" to "OK, that was alright." The first 10 or so minutes were dragging and a bit boring, with Cena once again resorting to kissing the host city's ass by referencing athletes/teams who once played there (McNabb) to try and get over. Still, like I said, the way it ended peaked my intrigue, for sure.
However, that does NOT mean I'm shelling out $70 to see this, especially since I already know the likely outcome (Cena wins, LOL). I understand it's your own opinion if you thought that promo was "fire" and had you "sold" on buying WM, but you're playing right into Vince's hands by doing that, buying his tricks and snakeoil.
I'm an AJ Lee guy.
Vince Russo killed TWO wrestling companies.
John Cena may be stale, and he may be overpushed. But he is not the Anti-Christ; don't treat him like one.
