SOME casuals hate him, others like him. Lots of my friends are casuals and dont mind him anymore. I'm not his biggest fan, but fuck... The hate he gets on here is too much. He always steps up his game when he needs to in a big match situation

He's a talented wrestler no doubt, but even you have to agree his character is stale and needs a big change.

yes definitely agree. Mostly id prefer a heel turn but idk if that'll happen. Cena just needs more intensity in his promos... Some of them last year against the rock were pretty good, at times he owned the rock. His promos lately haven't been good at all,.he needs to step it up in that department

Yeah people are seriously underestimating number of people who quit watching wrestling because WWE being all about Cena for past 8 years.
Remeber, WWE now survives through international market and merchandise sales, not because WWE itself is entertaining product.
If WWE didn't only push Cena and actually focused on pushing some other wrestlers as well, WWE would've been in a better condition now.

I respect him, but I wish he would go heel. As long as there isn't another top face to replace him, Vince will be super hesitant. He loves the merchandise sales the guy makes. I would be thrilled if Orton at least went back to being a heel.

He'd be so over as a heel. Punk has to try so hard to get heat. Cena wouldn't have to do anything but simply appear.

If Cena's merchandise sales drop significantly, then Vince will probably make him go back to Thuganomic gimmick...as a face.
