Why? All things come to an end and if the Undertaker wants someone to end the streak, why not allow him to let it end? His legacy is already established and him going 20-1 rather than 21-0 won't make a damn difference at this point. However, the rub someone gets from ending the streak? It'll likely last for the rest of his career.
There's only sentimental value with the streak kept in tact. There's more value in letting someone end the streak.
