Paddy Power have yet to put up odds for the royal rumble - perhaps they have chosen not to do bets on WWE events anymore or perhaps they are simply late to put them up.
However, Boylesports have put royal rumble betting up and there are some really strange odds...

Firstly, why are Team Rhodes Scholars so definitive favourites to win? I mean I would have bet for them to win persoanlly but i expected them to be the underdogs or at least for the odds to be close. They are the same odds as Del Rio winning, which by the way, is pretty much a guaranteed bet. There's no way del rio is losing the title already and with it being a last man standing match he can't lose the match (but retain the title) to disqualification or count out so a big lump on it at 1/7 would be a safe bet in my opinion.

Punk/Rock odds seem expected to me, with it being fairly close but Rock being the favourite.

Cena's favourite to win the rumble at 8/11 but what does shock me is how far down Wade Barret is. I mean I know he is Intercontinetal champion and he is unlikely to win the rumble but he is at 66/1 odds and lower odds than MVP. I repeat that - Wade Barret is less likely to win the rumble than MVP!

SKyBet also has their odds up.

[EDIT: the odds have quite literally just changed for Cena as i posted this. he is now a 4/5 favourite]

£3 Rock @ 20/1
£1 Brock @ 20/1
£3 Punk @ 33/1
£2 Henry e/w @ 150/1
£2.50 Christian e/w @ 100/1

It's not that Random. If Kane gets 4 or more eliminations then he beats Michaels and breaks the record for all time eliminations.

So I guess the idea is that you're betting on whether you think Kane will break the record.

I've gotta say though, it'd definitely worth betting on it with those odds. Especially as Kane might still have another Rumble in him to break the record.

At 10/1, it is probably worth a bet on Ryback, Punk, Rhodes Scholars and Del Rio.

Really wouldn't be surprising for Punk to walk out as champion after interference from .... Brock Lesnar. Heyman's used Maddox, probably used The Shield. This time he uses his big gun to ensure Punk is victorious.

Betting on a scripted event? What if information gets leaked let's say like Cena wins or something like that, and everyone bets on Cena & they are all correct?
What if a WWE employee finds out and gambles on that? Sounds dodgy as fuck, betting on wrestling

Anyone else tempted by a Team Hell No and CM Punk double bet? It's at a pretty good value, and I can't see any reason why Team Hell no should drop the belts now and why the odds are so in favour of Team Rhodes Scholars. And I think Punk will manage to retain, just because of Heyman dealing with Maddox and how much credibility will Punk lose if he loses against a guy who has wrestled once last year. I think with those odds it's pretty much worth the risk on Paddy Power.

I think the Rock is a good punt for the Rumble. Loses the match against Punk then enters the Rumble and wins it. Especially if he eliminates Cena at the end.

Ziggler is also a good bet for the Rumble at those odds.
