Re: JR: "Without question, John Cena is the focus of the Royal Rumble match"
Of course he is the focus of the Royal Rumble match. How is that in any way a shock to anyone? Cena is top guy in WWE. And he had a terrible 2012. Winning the Rumble is his way to get back on track - to put him back on the road to becoming WWE Champion again and finally defeating Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. And it was always going to be this way. Everyone has suspected that it would be this way since WrestleMania last year. So why is everyone so surprised that it's happening this way?
Personally, I'm not even a huge Cena fan, and I would rather Cena win the Rumble than someone that supposedly "needs" the Rumble win. At least when Cena wins, we'll know for sure that the Royal Rumble winner is going to go to the main event (the real main event) of WrestleMania and win the WWE Championship in the biggest match of the night. That hasn't been done since WrestleMania 21 (or XIX if you count the fact that Benoit and Batista won the WHC at XX and 21). If anyone other than John Cena wins it, they'll probably open the show, just as Alberto Del Rio and Sheamus have done the past two years. What a waste.
Cena wins Rumble. Rock wins title. Rock/Cena II. Cena wins. Cena is WWE Champion.
