Not featured or pushed? Am I watching a different show than everyone else? Orton is always featured on both Raw and Smackdown unless he's injured or taking time off and is rarely left of a PPV card. Just because a wrestler isn't holding or in contention for a main title doesn't mean that he is depushed.
Most likely, the reason why most are putting him in the final 4 is because WWE's booking is predictable. They take the four names they've built up over time (Cena, Sheamus, Ryback, Orton) and let them be the final 4. Who else is a logical option? The reason why we can't place any heels here is because the established heels have faced inconsistent booking and the newer heels are too new for it to be a safe pick. If we're lucky we'll get the much rumored Orton heel turn here. But WWE is known for going with the easiest route and with the likely outcome being a Cena victory, it's easy to go into autopilot while booking.
