Re: Will Stone Cold wrestle at Wrestlemania 29?
No. He's had major knee surgery in the last year, and CM Punk's opponent has already been decided as Undertaker (Ughh). Plus, if Austin does come back to wrestle, it will be a bigger attraction at WrestleMania 30, especially since The Rock wrestling is (although a virtual guarantee) uncertain.
And to be honest, I don't want it, and I'm as big an Austin and Punk fan as you're likely to find. It has no chance of being the main event at 29 or 30, NONE. Not with that parasite Cena hanging around. Punk needs a match that can legitimately close the show in the main event, not in the midcard with Undertaker, but the main event, and as sad as I am to say it, that means it absolutely must be The Rock, no ifs, ands or buts. Not only does it do no favors to Punk, it doesn't do any for Austin either, for the greatest wrestler of all time to lower himself to midcard status upon his return. Just preposterous.

When WWE was struggling, it's Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart in the main event going 60 minutes, people are leaving during the main event of WrestleMania, you can check the video tape, and Hall and Nash have both told me that Vince said that night, that he would rather have a half full arena cheering for the guy that he says to cheer for, than a full arena cheering for whoever they want.
