You're right. I didn't bother. Why would I?

John Cena
Randy Orton
Rey Mysterio
Sin Cara
Dolph Ziggler
Wade Barrett
The Miz
Antonio Cesaro
Kofi Kingston
Heath Slater
Drew McIntyre
Jinder Mahal
Big E Langston
Brodus Clay
Zack Ryder
David Otunga
Justin Gabriel
Great Khali
A Primetime Player
An Uso

Brad Maddox

A likely 27 that I can see comprising the rumble.

How about The Boogeyman as a surprise entrant? Pretty much the only local name I can think of.

Boogeyman can barely walk these days with back issues, let alone bump over the top rope.

Re: Too many superstars, Not enough spots...

Id like to see a legend who isnt Foley Or Flair but i can see them being in it (not because I dislike Foley but because he is one of the only 4 legends Vince ever calls to show up) Id like to see someone diffrent we havent seen in a while! or steal someone from TNA for a huge debut. just a thought. Vinces Pockets are beyond deep enough to pull it off.

I'm sticking to my prediction. Jack Swagger surprise return, eliminates Cesaro, leading to a feud for the US title.

Re: Too many superstars, Not enough spots...

If I were in charge of rounding out the Rumble participants, here's who I'd put in:

1. Cena
2. Orton
3. Ryback
4. Sheamus
5. Bryan
6. Kane
7. Ziggler
8. Cesaro
9. Barrett
10. Miz
11. Sandow
12. Rhodes
13. Mysterio
14. Kingston
15. Langston
16. Clay
17. Ryder
18. Slater
19. Mahal
20. McIntyre
21. Khali
22. Young
23. O'Neill
24. one Uso
25. Primo or Epico

Wrestlers I'd like/hope to see return:

26. Mark Henry
27. Christian
28. Carlito

Not sure about the final two spots. I'd want it to be actual surprises. I'd mark out for someone like Vader or Sid but even their potential returns won't be as big a moment due to them already making a return last year.

Re: Too many superstars, Not enough spots...

Personally I thinks its set to be Swagger, Mark Henry and a random alla Billy Gunn, Bob Backlund etc

Would love a shelton benjamin type return but dont trust WWE to give a good surprise this year. Rumbles often reflect the season in WWE, a couple of years ago when the buzz was building, Kevin Nash and Booker T were great suprises. This year, everything seems a bit predictable and disappointing if the suspected wrestle-mania 29 card proves accurate.

Hate to be pessimistic but how Raw has been lately doesnt bode well for a good rumble this year

Re: Too many superstars, Not enough spots...

It seems predictable because it's been the same repetitive crap over and over since it went to 3 hours. Remember when we used to make fun of Ziggler v. Kofi x4879447583476583465883476873? Except now it's like that with EVERYONE. THERE IS NOT ONE DAMN FRESH FEUD LEFT. So whatevs. Plus anything left over that wasn't stale as fuck got done on Main Event. Think about it, how long has this same goddamn tag feud been happening? Does anyone care any more? When's the last time Kane/Bryan/Sandow/Cody fought someone ELSE?

Re: Too many superstars, Not enough spots...

One-night returns always make for a good pop from people. Just look at Diesel last year. I wasn't expecting it, so I was quite pleased to see him. I would love to see Shelton & Vader come into the Rumble, hell bring Shelton back full time to the WWE. Y2J is self-explanatory for a return, he's amazing, always has been. Batista wouldn't be that great, in my honest opinion, never was a big fan of his until the very end...but he's still not someone I'd want WWE wasting a Rumble spot on.
