Re: WWE Forum Championship - Presents Royal Rumble 2013
Don't know what happened with Gunner.
In case he is banned permanentely I would have no problem taking over again, at least for the time being. I had lots and lots of ideas which did not come to frutation simply because there was no time and to be honest, I felt bad when Gunner took back over, because there was SO MUCH more I had already planned out. I felt like I did not have a chance to make this game into what I envision it to be. Although the game basically is the same Gunner and myself obviously have some different visions about this. I don't want to put words into his mouth, but to me it seems like to him the mathematical and scoring parts are very important, whereas to me the social part is atleast equally important.
Of course we need a working points-system that everyone can relate to - no question about it. I understand people want a transparent points table, so they know where they stand and I would be more than happy to provide it on the basis created by Gunner. But I also encourage storylines, promos and people talking each other into matches instead of an exact formula of who is going to face whom at which point of time. The result of this would be pretty easy: the more people are involved in this game between ppvs, the better the chances for interesting feuds, stables, tag teams and title oportunities.
I know the two months I did this a while back were not done perfectly, but I still have all the sheets and am very confident I could run this thing quite well. It was a learning expierence and I feel qualified to handle it better than before.
There is only one term: people need to understand that running this thing is very time consuming. I'd do it because I enjoyed it a lot and think this game makes WWE PPVs way funnier. I like organizing, cutting promos and setting up all the tables, scores and everything that goes into a PPV thread, but people need to realize, as I said before, that this is very time consuming. I know this before I did it before.
To make it simple: I am willing to step up and run this thing the best way I can. In case somebody else thinks he can do a better job, go ahead and let me know before I sit down and set up the Elimination Chamber thread.
But I also want to be clear that I am not trying to steal Gunner's spot/game or some shit like that. In case he comes back and people enjoy his way to run things more than mine that's perfectly fine by me. Again, I have tons of ideas, plans and everything like that, but by no means I am trying to take over and turn this thing into something most people don't want.
I like Wrestling.
