Punk vs Jericho is a recent one that springs to mind. I was expecting those two to put on something far better than what we actually got. It wasn't a bad match at all but it was very bland in places. Their rematch one month later was far superior, which is a shame because I would definitely rather see them wrestle a **** match than a **** street fight.

The most disappointing Wrestlemania match by far is Shawn Michaels vs. Stone Cold. Not a bad match, but it should've been a lot better than it was.
That's a bit harsh on Austin and Michaels when you consider that the former broke his neck only half a year prior to the match (which limited his in ring potential from then on in) while the latter was working with a busted back. In a normal scenario the match would definitely be disappointing but I believe that the match was fine in those circumstances.
