I'm going to be blunt here but Swagger has the in ring work, personality and mike skills of a turnip, don't see why so many like him.

Well said OP it's funny when people say Swagger sucks even thou he's done a fantastic job at getting the best heat, far more heat than most heels. And he's been booked HORRIBLY as a heel jobbing to people who are where now? But when their faves are booked just slightly out of line it's "oh it's not their fault it's WWE's". Swagger has had the WORST booked career I have ever seen out of anybody since he came to the main roster and has still made the best of the crap WWE has given him.
WWE keeping him from turning face and facing Cesaro is all the proof I need.

TBH, Swagger was pushed too fast, when he really wasn't over enough (as a heel), and didn't have enough to work with. Upon winning the WHC, his gimmick was really thin, and there was nothing to engage fans. However, that is the WWE Creative Team's mistake. I don't see Swagger as a main-eventer, but he does have decent in- ring skills, and I could see him in the mid-card. I just hope he returns at RR.
Calling him a poor mans Kurt Angle is a grave insult to Kurt Angle. I doubt they'll have him return at the Rumble, not one person would pop for it, guys like Henry & Christian would be much better choices. I think we're gonna get The NAO in the Rumble this year too.
Knowing how they treat Swagger, he'll return on a random Raw as if he never left, doing a job for Brodus Clay or Khali.
If I were booking him, I'd put him in 3MB, make them 4MB haha.
