Re: Official WWE Hall Of Fame Discussion Thread
Apparently it only took WWE $5,000 for Bruno to accept a HOF induction

Re: Official WWE Hall Of Fame Discussion Thread
If that number is true (I've read a similar number offered to Warrior a few years ago) I assume that is just for appearing at the ceremony and giving his speech. Not bad for a night's work. Bruno's also probably going to work on a documentary/DVDs, toys & other merchandise, more appearances, etc. He will for sure get a sweet Legend's Deal out of this partnership.

Re: Official WWE Hall Of Fame Discussion Thread
Bruno/Foley/Backlund/Trish.
This could be the best HOF class they ever had.
Being that Bruno was huge in that territory, any chance he will headline it instead of Foley?

Re: Official WWE Hall Of Fame Discussion Thread
Bruno should without question headline this class. He was pretty much this company's first "Superstar" and he was on top doing huge business for the WWWF/WWF like crazy. Add to that the legendary World Title runs and I figure it is a no-brainer. Bob Backlund was also a huge star and had a legendary run himself but I get the feeling WWE is going to in their own way promote Bruno as the "Babe Ruth of pro wrestling/WWE" because he's such a prominent figure in establishing the company as a dominant force on the North-East coast of the United States. If Bruno was not going in this year I could understand Foley who is more relevant to today's generation of fans headlining over Backlund who was damn great in his day and as champion for almost six years, but not over "The Living Legend." The younguns will just have to be schooled during this HOF class.

Re: Official WWE Hall Of Fame Discussion Thread
I'm guessing the quality of the HOF entrants for the rest of the 2013 class will go down hill from here. The rest will probably be filler.

Re: Official WWE Hall Of Fame Discussion Thread
They'll probably add a celebrity, maybe a tag team, and maybe a deceased wrestler.

Re: Official WWE Hall Of Fame Discussion Thread
Midnight Express should be in but I don't think they would be able to reach a deal with Cornette. Or they would try to ignore Cornette altogether which would be wrong. Rock N Roll Express would be a good choice too.

I am surprised that Demolition hasn't been inducted yet. I hope they get in this year or next year.

Re: Official WWE Hall Of Fame Discussion Thread
Brian Pillman
Jake Roberts
Rick Rude
Vader
.... All I can think of right now TBH.....
You have to consider the amount of guys that will probably be going in over the next five years or so. No doubt ROCK will headline a class, then we got UNDERTAKER (really don't know how that's gonna work), THE GAME, Big Show, Kane, and alot of guys from the AE and RAE's.
The two guys who deserve it the most from here on out (Savage, Warrior) will probably never go in.... MAYBE Warrior, but Levesque doesn't like him very much so it's probably not gonna happen....

They were a Road Warrior rip off that weren't nearly as good. No thanks.
