Rewatching the match and I forgot just how long Ryback was out of the match. I understand letting a wrestler get a blow, but Ryback took 8 minutes to get back into the action.

I don't think the spot was done for Ryback to catch a second wind, but rather to take him out of the match so The Shield could dominate 3 on 2. Strength by numbers. It was a clever callback to them taking out Ryback on past Raws.

Besides he sold the table spot well. It's meant to take someone out. He returned and dominated towards the end. It all worked out really, really well.

The beauty of the match was how smart & well booked it was. Aside from the fact it was 100% a blast to watch.

Yeah non-stop action from start to finish and booked to perfection. EVERYONE looked legit and 3 potential superstars were created.

I'll acknowledge how two KANE spots were BOSS. He killed Ambrose with the flying clotheline off the table. (which owned) Followed up by the CHOKESLAM ON THE FOLDED OPEN CHAIR.

Lots of tidbits and great points throughout. Ambrose has such balls for taking the slam on the chair. He's not unfamiliar with working in some brutal affairs.

Props to Reigns too. Worked out his role very well. I was unsure about him in this situation. He delivered.

I hear you all. I get why it was done and it was brilliant. Divide and conquer, some excellent ring psychology. I was just taken aback by how long Ryback disappeared from the match. Figured by the 5 minute mark he'd be back at it, but he almost took twice as long.

Re: The Shield vs. Team Hell No & Ryback - MOTY

I understand why ppl say this is MOTY. That's the other side of the coin of the ppl who say Taker vs HHH is certainly MOTY.

Taker vs HHH contains the HISTORY, and this match is filled with the FUTURE.

I love what the 6 men did. I love this.

I was just thinking about that chokeslam spot. Some CZW flavor with that bump.

Not to mention Ambrose rocking the body slams with the chair a la Necro Butcher.

Interesting & first time spots were brought out in this.
