Surely those rules would make it better to enter first? All you'd have to do is beat the first few people and you'd be pretty much unstoppable.

Also, technically he wouldn't have lost his title shot as it was a draw.... it's like if he won by DQ he wouldn't win the title but, doesn't mean he's lost the title shot. Seems a silly choice of words there.
