I could see The Shield get involved. They're a shield from injustice and it's a injustice that Ziggler has to defend MITB against John Cena. Cena being the guy who already won MITB this year and fucked up with his chance, so he shouldn't get another one. So The Shield getting involved could make perfect sense imo. Maybe after a loss to Ryback and Team Hell No earlier in night, The Shield surprise attack Cena in the main event (because Cena vs Ziggler is bound to main event, especially with Punk out of the picture now).
Both Ziggles and Swagger are promoting this PPV, call me delusional, but I think Swagger is gonna help Ziggles win.

Anyone with a brain in Dolph's position would just cash in the briefcase before TLC and Dolph isn't a stupid character so this just makes the writers and bookers look like morons.
Anyone in Dolph's position would actually wait until the WHC match at TLC is over (which of course will be before the Cena match, as ALWAYS) to cash in so he doesn't get forced into a match with 2 monsters swinging chairs at him. That is the ACTUAL smart thing to do and I'm betting it's exactly what's going to happen.

Ziggler will beat Cena, cash in, and win the World Heavyweight Championship all at TLC?
I think the current situation makes this scenario perfect. Chair match with Sheamus/Show leaves perfect opportunity for a battered champion, beating Cena will give some quickfast credibility as a champion, and he'd also have a similar gimmick to what Jericho had i.e. "I beat John Cena and Sheamus on the same night" or something. I don't see Ziggler being champion at WM, so for any sort of decent title reign it needs to happen ASAP. And I'd expect Cena to somehow be sandwiching himself in the Punk, Rock love affair after Rumble, so it'd make no sense to have a MITB case for the WHC.
if Ziggler cashes in at TLC he is going to lose the championship at Elimination Chamber. I don't see him as champion at Wrestlemania. Thats why I think its better for him if they book his cash in later (I want it over and done with fast, don't like the guy)
