you know what, i'd like to see this happen just to see the reaction on the IWC. And more importantly, because he would bring back some credibility on Smackdown. If Ziggler will get an irrelevant forgettable reign on SD which gets completely overshadowed by everything on Raw, i'd rather see Cena win the title so people actually watch Smackdown, and then make Ziggler challenge him for it.

If Ziggler cashes in on Show, I don't think WWE would change the match to a World Title Match. Therefore, the match would stay a Briefcase match. Cena wins the briefcase THEN he cashes it in right then and there. Either way, Cena becomes champ. LOL

This. I'd be fine with Cena winning the World Title (prefer to not see him as WWE Champion again. Would definetly add some prestige to the World Title that its lost since the brand integration began)...

So is the Blue briefcase specifically for the WHC? I don't recall them ever saying that, Zig could cash it in on Punk and then get destroyed by Cena, leaves CM Punk time to heal for Austin, Cena to defend against the rock, and Big Show and Sheamus to have another awesome match 0_O

Blue is for the Smackdown brand, and the SD brand has the World Title. They've said this during the MITB PPV too, it's made to cash in on the World Champ. However, I'm sure they could just have Ziggler cash it in on the WWE Champ and come up with some bullshit excuse. They won't though, and if Cena has to win the briefcase I'd rather see him be the World Champ than WWE again.
