I don't get it. We all know the result beforehand as Punk let it slip he will be facing The Rock at the Royal Rumble, so why should we watch it?

This is precisely why I've hated CM Punk's title reign. Aside from about 2 matches, the finish to every single match has been totally obvious. The only times I thought there was any chance of him losing were against Cena at NOC, and against Ryback at Hell In A Cell (and even then, most were saying it was obvious Punk would be winning).

I think this is one of the major reasons WWE has gone down the shitter. You all say long title reigns are great, but this is what happens when you have them. All the unpredictability is gone.

Well, for one: It's the TLC PPV. Even if not in the main event, there are bound to be some decent spots. Secondly, whereas I don't expect Punk to lost the title, I think it's an interesting dynamic with The Shield and Ryback losing the last 2 PPVs. Have a look at the build-up from now and then let the fans make a decision. If you don't want to order it because you expect Punk to retain, then it's a bit pointless even watching until the Royal Rumble at all.

1. Ziggler vs Cena will probably be a show-stealing, great match. I mean their match on Raw alone was PPV-worthy, add a ladder stipulation and Ziggler's selling skills, and you've got something alone that is worth buying the PPV for.

2. Ziggler cashing in MITB and becoming World Champion.

3. Tag-team triple-threat ladder match (Kane/Bryan vs PTP vs Rey/Cara), if it happens, will be another great match.

Sheamus/Big Show will probably be another great clash. Punk/Ryback will be a spot fest but it would be interesting to see how they handle Ryback losing for the third straight time.

So yeah, TLC looks like it will have some good/great matches and the possibility of Ziggler cashing in. Which is why you could by the PPV.

Why does the title being passed around give it no meaning? Don't you think the title had a hell of a lot more meaning in the Attitude Era than it does now? And how often was it "passed around" back then? Don't be so foolish.

The only reason this is predictable is because we all know CM Punk was destined to face The Rock at the Royal Rumble and its the match ALLOT of people want to see,Frankly I'm damn happy Punk will face Rock and I don't give a shit if his recent title matches were predictable.Long title reigns are meant to happen to make the title look harder to get and more valuable,Thats why we need more them and thats why there needs to be less PPVs a year.
