This is a tough one to call. Wade is the better of the two, but wwe doesn't have many midcard faces. Plus Cesaro is US champ as a heel. If Wade wins who does he feud with next? Miz??? maybe, but after that???

Add to that the logic that Wade has been dominating the buildup, which usually leads to a face payoff victory at the pay per view.

And the fact that CM Punk has some pull backstage, and who else would he pull for if not his buss buddy???

I can see only 1 outcome at TLC... Kingston retains.

God. I really don't want to think about this outcome because Barrett SHOULDN'T BE in this with Kofi. I hope they surprise me and pull something off or whatever. I want Barrett to win because if he loses it'll be even more of a step down. Kofi is like, a permanent midcarder, but Wade still has a ray of sunshine. Even if Wade wins I have no idea how it will be handled. If they give Wade the damn mic I know he'll make the whole thing be more important than it is

That is why Barrett NEEDS to win the Intercontinental Title. Barrett is one of those guys who can take anything he's doing and make it seem important. Just like Miz did with the belt a few months ago. The IC title needs to be on a World Title caliber guy right now. Barrett can bring the IC Title back up to its pre-Attitude Era level of prestige and they can move towards unifying the World Titles.

1 ~ They're not unifying the titles. They want a title match on all house shows to draw more money. The 2 belt system is staying, get used to it.

2 ~ The IC title has never meant a damn thing, now or past. It's called the "mid-card" for a reason, it's the middle, not the top.

3 ~ World title calibur guys should NOT be in the IC title scene, especially those world title calibur guys who've never held the world title. He should be at the top. Giving him this title and slapping him in the face is not the route they need to be taking.

He's a heel, is a good excuse, but he's done nothing and losing will only continue to make nothing out of him, so I agree that the bold part is the best way. But if they actually have something for him for the IC title, then that would be good.

Since when does having a few midcard title reigns under your belt mean something bad? Is Barrett ready for main event? Maybe
But WM is right around the corner. There is going to be so much going on that a Barrett push would just get lost in the shuffle. Might as well make him a champion for te meantime.

Also, going back to my original statement. Remember when wrestlers use to stay around midcard for a few years and get a few midcard title reigns and THEN get pushed to main event? Triple H, The Rock, HBK, Stone Cold, Edge...all had at least 2-3 years as a midcarder winning other titles edited they won the big one. Did wonders for their career IMO.

Actually voting is far from unanimous, 1 third Kingston 2 thirds Barrett and I don't think any of the two thirds would be surprised if Wade's sub-par booking continued at TLC and Kingstons minor push continued. Then again I wouldn't be surprised if it went the other way round. Feels pretty up in the air.
