Of course Barrett and Sandow. I don't care how hard WWE pushes this "Wade Barrett is a future world champion" schtick, which admittedly is extremely hard right now, they prove otherwise in their booking, and Sandow is just being killed right now. At this point, I don't buy that he's Triple H endorsed any longer because this is not how you push someone.
Ah right, didn't know your feelings on Rollins to be honest.

Sandow's in a tough spot right now, they clearly had nothing for him singles wise hence the tag team, now his partner is out for the time being I just hope he doesn't get lost in the shuffle. I'm not gonna lie, I was offended Otunga lasted longer than him, but I do think he has a bright future, possibly the next IC Champion? I can't think of anybody else.

As for Barrett, WWE booking swings all the time, one minute he looks like a sure thing future WWE Champion, the next he looks like a certified midcard act. Look at Dolph Ziggler, this guy is the biggest jobber of all time and now all of a sudden, he's getting a big push. If they push a guy they literally treat like shit in Ziggler, I'm optimistic Barrett will get a main event push.

I wanted Barrett to survive but I'm not massively pissed of Miz eliminated him. Miz's face turn has given him credibility, that's the magic of a face turn, you without reason become brave and much better.

Whats happened to Sandow seems to happen to many who come up, they look promising early on, then they go on some shit run and then they either get a title or go on a decent run again. I have no doubt it will probably end up happening to Cesaro too, he'll lose the belt to someone and then go on a run of losses.

Well, now you know. They aren't good feelings, rest assured.

That's not a bright future, any title but the WWE title and WHC have NO credibility. I want to see Sandow built up enough to where he can win a world title, because only with that have you truly made it.

I don't even know what to say, you know we've been down this road 100 times. I vehemently believe that Vince McMahon hates every wrestler from England, regardless of how big they are, regardless of how well they can talk, regardless of the look they have, the presence, the in ring, whatever, he hates English talent. They have more wrestlers coming out of there than almost anywhere but yet in over 30 years, there hasn't been ONE world champion with Vince running the company, that's disturbing and a tell tale sign of where he stands. They treat Barrett even worse than Ziggler too, Ziggler just beat Randy Orton on PPV CLEAN, he won the MITB, he's a former WHC (albeit for 5 minutes), he's held other titles longer than Barrett, and has won more titles on a more frequent basis. He's a low level main eventer but at least he has a future. Barrett doesn't and Vince doesn't even care that he's wasting so much talent. This guy HAS to go as head of WWE, that's the end of it.

Not to me he hasn't, Miz is still a jobber who was eliminated IMMEDIATELY after by Del Rio. Honest to God, I would've accepted it if he had just gotten RKO'd. I wanted him to survive obviously, but I knew it wasn't going to happen. Having a JOBBER beat him looked terrible. I don't care what WWE says, they have their own agenda for saying it I'm sure, Barrett is NOT a future world champion. Definitely, 100%, guaranteed, NOT. They have not shown any evidence whatsoever since the days of the Nexus push that he's ever headed anywhere, and the only reason they did it then is because they had no choice because he was leading the group, and the only reason he was leading the group is because they were smart enough to realize that nobody else in that group could talk. Until it happens, I don't believe this shit for one second and there isn't an argument on the planet that can convince me otherwise.

You and me both, but I'm a realist, and we both know that isn't going to happen any time soon. I'd rather see Sandow in a well featured IC Title feud or even the forefront of the tag team "revitalization" working against main eventers, than wondering around aimlessly losing to relevant people.

It's pointless arguing about Barrett's future for the 8000th time, lets just wait and see. I'm confident he'll win the World Heavyweight Championship at some point, clearly you think differently. You do have a point, don't get me wrong, but Vince has given CHRISTIAN the big gold, and the hatred he has for him seems downright personal.

As for the purpose of the thread and my rating: 7/10. Decent, Punk retained, Ziggler got put over huge, and Dean MUDA FUDDIN' Ambrose debuted. Didn't really care about anything else, but I'm happy with it. I just wish Sandow would have been given a better showing.

6.5/10. It was a good show. Much better than I had hoped. Great ending too.

I clicked 6 but thinking about it a bit more I'd probably go closer to a 7. This isn't because of Ambrose. I like the guy from what little I've seen from him, a couple of promos and a match from FCW but that's about it. I like his intensity but I don't think as highly of him as many guys here. Regardless I'm still pretty happy that 3 guys from developmental including the NXT champ have debuted. A pretty good debut as well IMO. Always nice to see new people.

As for the show, I thought every match was at least decent. The opener was fun. The divas match was actually okay. The US title match was decent though could have done with a few more minutes. Show vs Sheamus was solid. Some people here didn't seem to like the Team Foley/Ziggler match. I thought it was good and it was great for Ziggler to get a clean win over Orton. The Main Event was good too as I expected it to be. I'm also just glad Punk retained, I really want him to go to the Rumble with the title.

So overall a fine show that I'd give a 6.5 or maybe a 7. But no higher than that though.

As an extra note they always go on about how Survivor Series has created stars in The Rock and Undertaker. Well tonight heavily featured some young stars in Ziggler, Ryback and the NXT guys. If this is the future of the company. I look forward to it.
