I also don't like the sound of Punk main-eventing from a selfish point of view, he's kind of made it clear he's hit all his other targets and doesn't have anymore other than main eventing Mania.
unless they actually do Punk/Austin this year I'd be shocked if he was in the main event.

I see nothing wrong with Cena vs Punk vs Rock. Yes, Punk/Cena have already participated in a triple-threat and are doing so again at Survivor Series. But unlike SummerSlam with Big Show (who was most certainly just a third-wheel to get the pin on), Survivor Series has three who are almost equally likely to win the title (Cena, Punk, Ryback) And at WM, Rock/Punk/Cena will be a big closure to the two year feud they've been having, the fact that its triple-threat won't change anything, infact it will make it bigger because Rock/Cena or Rock/Punk alone would not be that big of a seller.

I'm almost convinced Punk is going to win the Rumble.
I don't know. I need to talk myself out of it, because I can't see Vince doing a thing like that. But for whatever reason I just feel like it's going to happen. Rock will beat Punk for the title, and Punk wins the Rumble setting up a rematch.

Rock/Cena and Rock/Punk alone aren't a big sellers? 
If they have CENA/PUNK/ROCK as WM Main Event I would sell my WM ticket and go to RR instead to watch ROCK/PUNK and watch Rock win the WWE title. |

Being a biased Cena fan aside, I honestly feel that Cena/Rock II is a bigger match than Punk/Rock. I don't care which direction they go in, I do not give a fuck about WM 29. It is going to be a somewhat B pay per view. I just want to get to WM 30 simply due to the possibility of seeing a historic match with an historic result. |

Is about the only way I can think of being able to pass off a triple threat match. Other way would be because of interference in the Punk/Rock match costing Punk the title, but I doubt that. I think they'll want Punk to lose and Rock to win clean.

A few changes:
1.Punk wins the belt via disqualification
2.Cena enters at 27(most successful number) and clears house including people like Randy Orton and Sheamus
3.Number 30- Rock
4.Rock and Cena winning like Lex Luger and Bret Hart.
The sound of both Rock and Cena as co-winners of the Royal Rumble sounds bigger than Cena and Punk as co-winners
5.WM 29-Rock vs Cena vs Punk
