Proc (c) (18) vs. New_guy (14)
Proc beats new_guy again! Proc proves why he is the WWE Forum Champion since WrestleMania and New_guy can't challenge for this title until spring 2013. Who is going to be the new #1 contender? Survivor Series is only 3 weeks away! Proc wins.

World Heavyweight Championship
WWEESky (c) (13) vs. DirtSheet88 (9)
The #1 contender for the WHC always is last month's highest scorer. Who would have thought that by watching that match? It only can go up from here on: WWEESky wins.

US Title
Shining_Wizard1979 (c) (10) vs. new_guy (14)
Another match, another stinker. A very short title reign for Shining_Wizard1979 who took the belt off of new_guy at Night of Champions. New_guy comes short in his Forum Championship match, but wins back the division's title: new_guy wins. (New Champion!)

#1 Contender's match for the US Title
N-Zone (9) vs. WWEESKY (13)
No. Just no. Matches like these should not crown a new #1 contender for anything, but a XPW title. This is not XPW. Leading into Survivor Series there will be quite some controversy about who New_guy is going to face for the US Title.

IC Title
Proc (c) (18) vs. I Curry I (14)
Considering most other matches on the card this could be seen as a high light. I Curry I gets some nice spots in, but in the end doesn't even come close. Nice try, now go back in line. Proc wins.

#1 Contender's triple thread match for the IC title
CaptainObvious (14) vs. Gimmicky (13) vs. DirtSheet88 (9)
CaptainObvious got his place in this match because he beat champion Proc last month in a non-title match. After winning this match too he truly deserves a shot at the division's title. That's some nice build up heading into Survivor Series!

Tornado Tag Hell in a Cell for the Tag Titles
New Trouble(c) vs All Comers
Rules: The team with lowest single points gets eliminated. The last team left leaves as Tag Team Champions.

New Trouble took on quite some challenge and came just this close to retain their belts. But after a long and bloody brawl RKO.net's hands got raised. Stuff like this raises the bar in the tag division. Netty and RKOPeep win. (New champions!)
Explainaition: New Trouble's lowest single points were 14 (more than most others) RKO.net's lowest points are 15.

US Division
Hordriss (14) vs. BrothersofD3struct (14) Entertaining match, nothing special. BrothersofD3struct comes back from last month's worst performance, Hordriss underperforms. They meet in the middle: Draw.
DTB1986 (14) vs. Netty (15) Good match! The US division shows quite some action here in the beginning. The match was made by that awesome finish people will remember for a long time... atleast till Survivor Series: netty wins.
Shining_Wizard1979 (10) vs. Gunner14 (11) Gunner called it the return of the king, some angry people on the internet called it the return of the crap. Maybe the pressure was too much for Shining_Wizard1979. Tagging with Proc, losing the US title to new_guy and then competing against the former bookerman himself; Shining_Wizard1979 moved like he was frozen. Both will need to step up their game big time to survive on this roster. Gunner14 wins.
New_guy (14) vs. WWEESky (13) The division's most anticipated match. Champion vs. Champion in a non-title match. Meh. It was, what it was. Could have been worse, but a lot better too. new_guy wins.
DX-bender (16) vs. N-Zone (9) N-Zone's push obviously came way too early. The creative staff takes care of this failure sending N-Zone back to development by DX-bender hitting one signature move after another. DX-bender wins.
TheVoiceless (14) vs. TheUltimateSmark (16) A match which would be a good match on any other given night becomes a stand-out match on this night. Hard hitting, good psychology, well sold by TheVoiceless: TheUltimateSmark wins.
RKOPeep (15) vs. Pwoper (14) The match that went before was hard to follow, but these two did well. Nice to see some guys can deliver even on bad shows. RKOPeep wins.
SuperJabroni (21) vs. Getstokedonit (12) What a debut! Shockmaster this was not. First night in, best performance of the night. Superjabroni, welcome to the place where the big boys play. SuperJabroni wins.
IcametoPlay (16) vs. Dunk20 (14) Well done guys. Keep it on and there will be a bright future for you. IcametoPlay wins.
UnOficially (14) vs. Kregnaz (13) Close fought battle between two newcomers. A first step up the ladder for sure: UnOficially wins.
Mcote900 (11) vs. BuCC (6) The winner needs to step up his game, the loser gets send back to the indys. What else needs to be said about this „match“? Mcote900 wins
Azuran (14) vs. Hbk2112007 (14) vs. AnimeWrestlingDonuts (16) Only triple threat in the division matches and one of the nights better matches. AnimeWrestlingDonuts delivers an impressive debut; all three of them get their round of applause. AnimeWrestlingDonuts wins.

IC Division
010101 (17) vs. Proc (18) Very nice match. 010101 impresses, but in the end Proc shows why he is a true champion: Proc wins.
SinJackal (10) vs. #Mark (12) First stinker on the card. JR is in a loss of words, Cole trys to safe it as first, but gives up quickly while JBL tells warstories from days gone by. This match doesn't deserve a winner: #Mark wins.
CaptainObvious (14) vs. SarcasmoBlaster (11) Last month CaptainObvious pinned Proc in a non-title match. This time he wasn't as strong, but it was good enough for his division match: CaptainObvious wins.
Dragzilla (20) vs. Dirtsheet88 (9) Dragzilla was upset he wasn't involved in the title picture. He changed this by destroying the Dirtsheet88. The veteran leaves broken, Dragzilla achieved his goal: Dragzilla wins.
Sonicslash (9) vs. Hanshanshans911 (15) hanshanshans911 squashes his oppponent. Just a quick beat up, sonicslash stands no chance. Will hanshanshans911 finally get his big push? Hanshanshans911 wins
Dj2334 (18) vs. Kane-Uk (12) No matter how good Kane-UK's dentist is, after DJ2334 is finished, the doc will have to yank'em all out. Dj2334 shows no mercy and is still hungry for more: Dj2334 wins.
Camaster2004 (13) vs. Turbo120 (16) Turbo120 shows how much camaster2004 hurt his feelings by not opening the thread in time. And Turbo120 has a lot of feelings. Quite entertaining match: Turbo120 wins.
AirTroublein619 (17) vs. I Curry I (14) Well thought out match. I Curry I gets killed in his comeback and AirTroublein619 walks away like a man who came one step closer to his goal. Nice performance, the crowd is happy: AirTroublein619 wins.
Daniel.Bryan (12) vs. Gimmicky (13) That was disappointing. Some fans thought this could be a very good match, but they were very wrong. Go back to Hulu+ Gimmicky wins.
MrMetis (11) vs. Bully Dully (12) Only newcomers match in the IC division. Performances like these will not give either of those guys a title shot. Try again. BullyDully wins.

Notes: 45 players. Lowest Score BuCC (6), one perfect score Superjabroni (21)
New players had to fight each other.

I understand that some of you are upset they didn't know who they were facing in their division match before the event. This was because of the reasons discussed earlier on in the update. I will do my best to avoid this happening again.

UPDATE!

As most of you know Gunner brought this game to the forum about 1 1/2 years ago. About 6 months ago Gunner had to stop due to time issues and camaster and I took over. The both of us split up the work. For example, he put the divisional matches together and kept track of the fc points while I did the results, put together these little stories and did some other stuff. In fact, after the last PPV camaster and I talked about exactly this stuff and we both stated that we are happy with our current roles.

So over the last few days I tried to get in contact with him to talk about some things concerning the upcoming event, but never got an answer. He didn't open the thread like he used to. He did come in to post his predictions which leaves me quite confused...

To make it short: I know this game is not as popular as it used to be and the fact is we lost some of the "big players". But I enjoy this still quite a lot and it makes the PPVs more fun to watch. So the state of the game is that I am taking over 100%. I was here since the very first day and know the inner workings of it. For all the players everything stays the same. The established rules stay all the same.
I encourage all players to not only post their predictions, but to cut some promos, form alliances (Survivior Series is coming up!) and do other creative stuff. There are tons of examples in the past in which people (myself included) took the Chael Sonnen route and talked themselves into feuds and title shots.

The only difference for this event is, as I am doing this on short notice (as in "no notice") that I will need a little bit of time to post the divisional matches (different times zones + work). I guess all divisional and tag team matches, including results will be posted Monday afternoon.

If you want to get in contact with me use the thread or pm me.

Have fun

Here we go! Hell in a Cell is coming up; it is THE place for winners to prove their dominance, for former losers to come back strong and for newcomers to make an impressive debut.

Everyone is welcome to join in!

This is a long post and it will get longer and longer as the weekend goes on so to make it easier for you here is short table of contents:

1) WWE Card
2) Rules (overview)
3) WWE Forum Championship Card
4) Last Month's Results

1) WWE Card

This is the card:
WWE Champion CM Punk vs. Ryback (Hell in a Cell Match)
Divas Champion Eve vs. Layla vs. Kaitlyn — Divas Championship Triple Threat Match
World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus vs. Big Show
Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston vs. The Miz
WWE Tag Team Champions Team Hell No vs. Team Rhodes Scholars
Randy Orton vs. Alberto Del Rio

To my knowledge the pre-show consists of a Cena interview and the US title match is not officially announced so this a 6 match card which means you can post 6 predictions.

2) Rules (overview)

Predict the outcome for each of the six announced matches. Your most confident prediction gets 6 points, your least confident prediction gets 1 point. Every number from 1-6 has to be used once. Possible predictions:
  • Pick the winner
  • Draw
  • No Contest

If a PPV match is cancelled this prediction is cancelled too. For example: Punk and Ryback brawl all over the place before the match starts. Ryback gets injured and Cena faces Punk instead. In this scenario the match is cancelled. But if the Ryback Punk match gets started, then all hell breaks loose and there is no deceisive finish announced or it is announced as a No Contest, the prediction counts as a No Contest. The important points are if the opening bell gets rung and what decision is announced.

Your predictions must be posted 30min before the PPV starts.

If you have any questions ask in the thread or send me a pm.

3) WWE Forum Championship Card

Title matches announced:

Hell in a Cell WWE Forum Championship

Proc (c) vs. New_guy

Proc beat New_guy last month, but New_guy still leads in overall points, which makes him the #1 contender. To avoid New_guy getting a title shot every month, this will be his last one until after the Royal Rumble. This means if New_guy doesn't win the title tonight he will not be able to challenge for it until Elimination Chamber and a new #1 contender is guarenteed.

World Heavyweight Championship
WWEESky (c) vs. DirtSheet88

The WHC always faces last month's highest scorer

US Title
Shining_Wizard1979 (c) vs. new_guy

New_guy gets his rematch for the title he lost last month.

#1 Contender's match for the US Title
N-Zone vs. WWEESKY

Both men showed impressive work over the last few months, although N-Zone wasn't on the winning side as of late. This is a rematch from their last month's divisional encounter, but this time it is for the #1 contendership for the US Title.

IC Title
Proc (c) vs. I Curry I

I Curry I was one hell of a force in the IC division and deserves this shot.

#1 Contender's triple thread match for the IC title
CaptainObvious vs. Gimmicky vs. DirtSheet88

Gimmicky and DirtSheet raised the bar in the IC division, so they get a shot. Last month CaptainObvious pinned Proc in a non-title match. Guess what, winning matters so he gets a shot too.

Tornado Tag Hell in a Cell for the Tag Titles

New Trouble(c) vs All Comers

Last month we had lots of controversy concerning the Tag belts, including a run-in by a wrestler's rat. This month all teams which performed at Night of Champions get a shot in a Tornado Tag Hell in a Cell match.
Rules are simple: The team with lowest single points gets eliminated. The last team left leaves as Tag Team Champions.

Results will be up on Monday.

4) Last Month's Results

HiaC results will be posted in this thread on Monday. Last Month's results were posted in last month's thread, but in case you missed them there you go

Forum Championship
Proc(c) (21) vs New_guy (19) New_guy got some nice spots in, but in the end the better man retained the company's most important title; Proc wins.

World Heavyweight Championship
WWEESky(c) (24) vs New_guy (19) New_guy can't win this one neither. An impressive performance by WWEESky, who keeps his WHC for at least another month; WWEESky wins.

Intercontinental Championship
First Blood Match
Proc vs Camaster2004 The company's most accomplished man wins his 3rd (which is another record) division title. Will he be able to dominate the divisional title picture as he does the Forum Championship title picture? The time will tell; Proc wins.

United States Championship
New_guy(c) (19) vs Shining_Wizard1979 (20) (due to no show of brazilian_guy) It was a close battle, but still no luck for New_guy. Shing_Wizard1970 brings another gold to his new formed tag team with Proc. This team now holds all single Championships, but WWEESky's WHC; Shining_Wizrad1970 wins.

Tag Team Championship
Newguy(c) And Airtroublein619(c)(New Trouble) (33) vs R.K.OPeep and Netty(RKO.Net) (29) A bad performance from both teams. Matches like this are the reason for the lack of attention the tag-division gets. New Trouble retains, but still should be ashamed of their actions. Longterm they will have to step up their game big time, but at the moment the present is the only thing that matters; New Trouble wins.

US Division

R.K.OPeep (13) vs TheUltimateSmark (23) What an easy payday for TheUltimateSmark. R.K.O.Peep got squashed like a bug. The veteran had no chance; TheUltimateSmark wins.

Pwoper (21) vs TheVoiceless (21) Nice match, a little bit of a weak finish. Good performances by both men end in one of only two draws on the card; Draw.

DTB1986 (24) vs Ho Ho Inc (14) DTB1986 had no problem turning the veteran Ho Ho Inc into a W. Although Ho Ho Inc could not live up to his potential in any way, tonight DTB1986 probably would have beaten pretty much anyone; DTB1986 wins.

netty (16) vs Shivvi (15) Poor match. There was a lot of controversay at the end of the match. Refs overruled one another and noone really knew what was happening. Somehow, a justifying end to this stinker. But the final decision stands; netty wins.

Phenomenal X (18) vs BrothersofD3struct (2) (no, that is not a mistake on my part) Some people thought this was just another Fingerpoke of Doom. There will be lots of talking about this in the upcoming weeks. Still, PhenomenalX obeyed all the rules; PhenomenalX wins.

Shining Wizard1979 (20) vs WelshMizfit (22) The new US Champ focused on his title match, but not on his divisional match. A good match including a very good performance by WelshMizfit; WelshMizfit wins.

new_guy (19) vs ech0es (16) Considering last month's perfect score New_guy disappoints a little bit this time. He lost all his title matche, but it was still enough to win his match against an also disappointing ech0es; New_guy wins.

N-Zone (22) vs WWEESky (24) The Match of The Night. N-Zone looked very good and would have beaten most other guys on the card. But not WWEESky. The WHC Champion impresses again and gets the W; WWEESky wins.

Hordriss (25) vs heggland0 (10) Hordriss just looks awesome. Heggland0 stood no chance and got destroyed as soon has he stepped a foot in the ring. Jobber, go back to the indys; Hordriss wins.

IC Division

Gimmicky (22) vs mgibb02 (22) Very nice match, but another screw finish. Both men can be proud on their performances, but have to be disappointed with the result; Draw.

Turbo120 (16) vs sonicslash (23) Sonicslash wipes the floor with a weakened Turbo120. Will the MitB holder be able to rebound next month? Who is next on sonicslash's list? Sonicshlash wins.

Kane-UK (21) vs RaymerWins (19) Competitive match, but RaymerWins loses. Kane-UK is one of the few veterans who stood a chance against the newcomers; Kane-UK wins.

Camaster2004 (19) vs I Curry I (21) Another competitive match, but Camaster2004's focus wasn't on the division match. Some say it should have been because it was obvious he wasn't going to win his title match. I Curry I doesn't care about this and simply picks up the victory; I Curry I wins.

Daniel.Bryan (17) vs DirtSheet88 (26) Daniel.Bryan shocked everyone last month, but didn't stand a chance against this month's highest score. Respect goes to DirtSheet88; Dirtsheet88 wins.

#Mark (12) vs hanshanshans911 (18) Kind of a stinker. Just get it done and let's move on; hanshanshans911 wins.

SarcasmoBlaster (21) vs AirTroublein619 (14) AirTroublein619 couldn't fly no longer. SarcasmoBlaster had no problem stomping his opponent; SarcasmoBlaster wins.

CaptainObvious (22) vs Proc (21) A very close and good match, although it was obvious that Proc had more important battles to fight this evening. Still, in all record books CaptainObvious pinned the Champion Proc in this non-title match. This will raise some eyebrows; CaptainObvious wins.

AwesomeOne (11) vs Dragzila (23) Dragzila stepped up in the last second after having some travel issues. He did well and gave Awesome1 no chance. Not that Awesome1 would have had a chance against anyone else neither; Dragzila wins.

SinJackal (20) vs ZigglerMark (19) Close fight, but in the end the newbe counts the lights. SinJackal had a little bit of controversay before he went to the ring, but it didn't matter in the end; SinJackal wins.

Tag Team Matches

Due to not having a lot of tag teams, i am just going to add random people into tag teams, if you wish to change your tag team then put a message on here

Proc and Shining_Wizard1979 (41) vs TheUltimateSmark and WWEESky (47) The champions had to go against one of the strongest teams on the card. Some might say there could be a conspiracy, but both Proc and Shining_Wizard1979 had to concentrate on their single's gold.
ZigglerMark and CaptainObvious (41) vs hanshanshans911 and SinJackal (38)
Dragzila and Gimmicky (45) vs camaster2004 and Daniel.Bryan (36)
new_guy and Airtroublein619 (33) vs TheVoiceless and I Curry I (42)
ech0es and heggland0 (26) vs Turbo120 and Pwoper (37)
SonicSlash and N-Zone (45) vs Hordriss and Kane-UK (46) Awesome fight. Tag match of the Night.
#Mark and Ho Ho Inc (26) vs Dirtsheet88 and WelshMizfit (48)
AwesomeOne and Shivvi (26) vs DTB1986 and RaymerWins (43)
Phenomenal X and SarcasmoBlaster (39) vs BrothersofD3struct and mgibb02 (24)

Notes:
1) Dragzila was not on the card, although I see no mistake on his part. Dunk20 got humbled, so I don't think he will come back. Dragzila and Dunk20 had the same amount of points. So I kicked Dunk20 off the card and instead put Dragzila in Dunk20's spot vs. Awesome1.

2) Some people forgot 1 pick and/or failed at predicting the way they are supposed to be. I only counted their correct predicted predictions.

3) No perfect scores this time. Lowest score BrothersofD3struct with 2 points. Highest Score DirtSheet88 with 26 points. 28 points were available.

Let the fun begin!

I'll be honest here. I am not sure yet. I am on quite some streak now holding the Forum Championship since WrestleMania (I know you are not facing me for THAT title) and doing quite well for quite some time. But with this one I see lot of possibilities for most matches. I haven't seen SD! yet but I guess it is not going to make things a lot easier. Probably going to take some risks this time.

Another PPV, another chance to grab me some brass rings, extend my undefeated streak and prove who here on this forum is the next big thing. You can only ignore this sort of skill for so long before you realize you're staring at greatness.

6. Kofi Kingston
5. Eve
4. Team Hell No!
3. Sheamus
2. CM Punk
1. Del Rio

(Predictions I'm sure about, however the order may be jiggled a little. Incidentally, if during the Pre-Show Cena somehow ends up in a match for the PPV, do we ignore it from the card?)
