HELL IN A CELL MATCH
WWE Champion CM Punk vs. Ryback

World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus vs. Big Show

Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston vs. The Miz

WWE Tag Team Champions Team Hell No vs. Team Rhodes Scholars

Randy Orton vs. Alberto Del Rio

Divas Champion Eve vs. Layla vs. Kaitlyn

John Cena to face the WWE Universe’s questions on Hell In A Cell Pre-Show

------------------------------------------------------------

PPV could turn out solid with this card. More matches will probably be added last minute to fill up time. While I am not 100 percent confident in the match quality of the main event, WWE have a situation on their hands where the finish and result of the match holds a lot of weight. The outcome of this match will change the direction of the WWE Title scene for the next several months undoubtedly, and that makes CM Punk vs. Ryback so important. I will reserve my full judgment on Ryback's push to the main event WWE Title picture during his current establishment as a character and in the middle of CM Punk's long title reign until after I see the actual booking and execution of the Hell in a Cell match. However, I will give WWE credit for trying something new in the main event but they are going to have to be creative enough to deliver without ruining the momentum of these two win or lose. How would Ryback's direction evolve after his first loss? What happens next with CM Punk after his well over 300 day WWE Title reign ends? Something has to give inside Hell In A Cell.

I agree with you it was awful spot.

Ryback should throw punk throught the 20 feet high cage or straight to the crowd.

Just for the IWC to stop bitching about everything.

I thought that was a pretty good PPV. I really enjoyed Orton and Del Rio. Disappointed with the tag team outcome (was hoping Rhodes Scholars would win and split Kane and Bryan up for a feud) but, good match. Enjoyed Darren Young's not being a star behaviour, it made me laugh. Skipped the first half of the Shaemus Show match but really enjoyed the ending, wasn't expecting that at all. Cesaro match was filler which is a shame because I like Cesaro and Gabriel. Kofi and Miz was ok, I did like Kofi at the end. I like it when there's respect shown like that. I don't know why, I just do.

Punk V Ryback i really enjoyed. Really good match, cell was used, Ryback looked awesome, Punk was good too. I really liked the ending and I marked out when they started climbing. Loved it when "The" Ryback threw the ref into the side of the cage from the ring. I hope this feud goes on because I reckon they could have some really good matches.

I was hoping Ziggler was going to descend from the roof in a cross body position with a ref next to him to win the title by pinning Punk on the top of the cage, but that would have been too random,

It wasn't horrid actually... but then I was expecting the worst PPV in history and we got a solid, if sometimes boring, event. The RKO was sick, two decent tag matches, a surprisingly good WHC match where the SuperFace LOST, and then a passable main event that somehow managed to not be as bad as it could have been in the end. I think Ryback has potential, but we'll have to see him in more longer matches with no gimmicks to really carry dead spots like the cell dead. I could see him winning the RR and getting his ultimate victory at WM if he can actually have at least decent long matches at a consistent rate.

I enjoyed the show tonight, nothing outstanding but it was pretty much solid throughout the entire PPV.

Looking forward to Raw tomorrow to see the fallout.

Lol at people getting so mad at the finish. It was always going to be screwy. I think it worked for what it was. Ryback looked tough and punk was still champion as well as a cool end to the ppv. I liked the ppv for the most part an enjoyed a lot of the matches. The Wwe match made me lol when the ref hit the low blow and scratch my head for a moment but it made sense tbh. Anyway I would say 7.5/10 for me

That's it, WWE. Have your 330-some odd day reigning WWE Champion get utterly destroyed by a guy who just a month and a half ago had his first real match in the company against a non jobber when he beat Jinder Mahal. Add to that he needed the assistance of some referee and it really gets interesting.
