As of now, Wade Barrett, Dolph Ziggler, Antonio Cesaro, R-truth, Brodus Clay and Rey Mysterio are not on the card, along with a lot of the lower midcard.

Can you see any other matches being added to the card or just made on the night?

We will probably see Cesaro vs Gabriel with the belt on the line. Rey Mysterio & Sin Cara vs Prime Time Players can happen too.

Cesaro vs Gabriel should logically be added, otherwise their match on RAW was pointless. Unless they're gonna throw away the title match on next weeks RAW. Which would be dumb.

I really think WWE was banking on Cena/Punk in the Cell (before Cena's surgery) and were going to give it a lot of time, and when Cena wasn't cleared, it kind of screwed it all up.

those superstars you mentioned have not really been part of any real feuds/story-lines that could have matches on PPV, so no i don't see them adding more matches. Barrett is just hanging around the main event but has no feud, Ziggler is going to cash in but again not likely to compete, on Raw he might have build up a possible match with Cena but if it was to happen they would have announced it on SD. Antonio, Truth, Brodus don't really have anything interesting going on. Rey lost the tournament along with Sin Cara so no.
