I agree. At least Vince is taking the safe route here, for a change

Re: Backstage Update On Cena's HIAC Status
I thought they was going to book him in a match against Ziggler last night on RAW but that clearly didn't happen. Hopefully Cena stays away from the WWE Title scene for a bit with this whole angle involving him, A.J and Vince at the moment.

Re: Backstage Update On Cena's HIAC Status
Cena kayfabe wise revoked a chance at the title so Ryback can get a chance.
John Cena is a character that can take himself out of the title scene and insert himself back into it, whenever he wants. How fucking dumb is that?

Re: Backstage Update On Cena's HIAC Status
It's smart if they play it safe and take time with Cena's comeback, instead of rushing him into a PPV match. From a personal standpoint, I always find it refreshing when Cena is absent from a PPV or two.

3 way hell in a cell still an option...?
Personally I think he needs some time off though, wasn't he taking a vacation after Brock...?

I hate the fact that if Cena is fit he is in the title match. Sure he is the top guy and has been for numbers of years, but come on John you have to EARN your spot, it gets predictable and boring.

He dose earn it...
aginst C.M punk he earned it, 2nd one was like any other fued where there is almost always two title matchs, and the third was cause of a tie in the 2nd.

Why does he in it though? He has lost numerous times to Punk, the whole "respect" storyline, which is absolutely pathetic by the way is just ANOTHER way for Cena to have a shot at the title.
You know why he gets shot after shot? Because he IS the only star. He can't go and feud with others because he is so far ahead of everyone else, is it his fault? No. The WWE should have built up credible opponents years ago.

Yes he lost to punk the first time, the 2nd time was a tie, so its not "
numerous" he has lost before but those shoul;d not countas they where almost or over a year ago and this is a new "feud"
just so you know Cena was outof the title pitcure for how long durring the rock thing?

Re: Backstage Update On Cena's HIAC Status
No surprise that Cena will face the winner of the Punk vs. Ryback match, which I'm thinking will be Punk if that's the case. Though, Ryback vs. Cena for the WWE Title at the Survivor Series could be possible, and maybe Punk costs Ryback the match, resulting in Cena winning the WWE Title, which then results in Cena vs. Punk for the title at TLC, where Punk wins it back.
I have no idea, but I do know that Punk vs. Cena for the WWE Title at the Survivor Series makes the most sense from a storyline standpoint.
