WWE is probably planning for Sheamus to have some sort of match with the world title at WM 29, but seriously. Look at the last two year's, the World title WM main events have been utter garbage, yes Edge vs Del-Rio was a good match but that feud was not even PPV worthy, let alone WM worthy, and DB vs Sheamus this year was 18 seconds and had no storyline going into it whatsoever, which is horrible for a Wrestlemania main event, specially one that has the Royal Rumble winner in it.

Now Sheamus this year has been....extremely boring. None of his feuds have been entertaining to watch or even classifiable as 'decent' feuds, literally none of them. His mic work as of late has also been really off, i really don't think they should/will actually go ahead with him at Wrestlemania. The title has to change hands. The only person i can think of is Randy Orton. I don't mean a face Orton, that would be just as bad as Sheamus, i mean a heel Orton. Orton is really entertaining as a heel and he needs to turn soon, so he can beat Sheamus by TLC or Royal Rumble.

A dominant heel in Orton would make Smackdown interesting and then for me the ideal situation would be Kofi Kingston finally getting a main event push. He has a lot of history with Orton and if they bring some backstage stuff into it, it would make for a great Wrestlemania world title main event. Kofi is over and i think now is the time to move him into main event, he has the ability to put on great feuds unlike Sheamus, look at Orton vs Kofi in 2009.

So i think a great World Heavyweight Title match for WM 29 would be Heel Randy Orton vs Kofi Kingston. Much more interesting than anything Sheamus can possibly have imo.

Heel Randy vs Face Ziggler. Why put Kofi in there? The WHC match will be unsignificant anyway with Brock, Rock, Floyd, Cena, Punk, Taker, HHH on the card so I don't even care tbh.

I'd put Kofi there instead because he's been waiting for this push much longer and it got screwed up in the first place because of Orton. They have much more history and it would make for a much better match at WM. Yeah ik there will be much more star-power matches, but no need to be ignorant, the World title match needs to be wrestlemania-worthy too.

World Heavyweight Championship
Chris Jericho (Rumble Winner) vs Dolph Ziggler ( c )

(Dolph Ziggler would cash in his MITB case at TLC on Sheamus after Sheamus just competed in a grueling Ladder Match. Dolph Ziggler goes on to retain his belt at the rumble. Y2J is a surprise return at the rumble and wins it. The next night on Raw Jericho right away says he's challenging for the World title and gonna face Dolph at WM. Jericho says he wants payback for Dolph ending his contract last year. Jericho says that he will make sure Dolph walks into WM champ. In the Chamber its down to Orton (who's heel) and Dolph for the title. Orton RKOs Dolph just as Orton is about to win Jericho comes from under the steal (just like HBK did in 2010) and gives Orton a codebreak and place Dolph on top of Orton. Dolph retains and we have Jericho vs Dolph at WM. Idk who would win this match. Jericho def deserves one more run as champ but Dolph needs the belt as well so its a toss up)

thing about heel Orton vs Sheamus is that Sheamus has sucked on the mic as of late and i don't think anyone can tolerate him as champion all the way to Wrestlemania, he doesn't really deserve a reign THAT long either.

Main Event?

'Curtain Jerker' fits better, It won't be Sheamus and I think theirs less chance of it being Ryback now because they want him on the 'A' Show. Ziggler will walk in as Champion and defend against a number of possibilities, Orton? Bryan?

Imagine the Orton/Sheamus promos

I'm resigned that Sheamus will be in the match in some capacity. Most likely he'll drop it before then and either challenge or win it again, at a PPV like Elimination Chamber, and defend. I'd like to see Ziggler defend against Bryan but that's more in hope than any sort of expectation.
