Coming this October is the 26th edition of Survivor Series. A PPV made famous with 5-on-5 tag matches, Controversies, debut of the elimination chamber, and so much more. To celebrate this PPV, and WWE choosing not to bring an end to its history, lets figure out which Survivor Series from 1987 to 2011 hosted the best main event.
Out of the 25 Survivor Series PPVs, I took the last match from the card to be that show's main event and randomly matched them together. Due to the awkward number, this is how it will be broken down for matches. The byes will always be selected randomly and once a year gets a bye, it will not be allowed another one.
1st Qualifying Round: 12 matches, 1 bye
2nd Qualifying Round: 6 matches, 1 bye
Quarter Finals: 3 matches, 1 bye
Semi-Finals: 2 matches total
Finals: 1 on 1 for best main event in Survivor Series History
The Tournament Breakdown (today's vote is only for 2003 vs 2005)

Survivor Series 1999/WWE Championship
Triple H© vs. Big Show vs. The Rock
For those of you who don't know, Stone Cold was supposed to be here instead of Big Show but instead he was ran over by a car and couldn't compete. Want to know what happened afterwards? Check out the 2000 vs 1989 poll. Also, Big Show had a match earlier that night with a 1-on-4 Survivor Series Match where Show defeated the entire team in less than a minute...though Bossman ran away instead of fighting. So after seeing the giant defeated 4 men with ease, when Rock and Triple H saw Show being added to the match they immediately teamed up on him. After surviving Rock Bottoms, Pedigrees, being suplexed through the Spanish announce table, and interference from DX, Big Show pulled through for the win. After Vince knocked 'The Game' over the head with the WWE Title, show followed through with a Chokeslam for the win.

Survivor Series 2007/Hell in a Cell for the World Heavyweight Championship
Batista© vs. Undertaker
This one dates back all the way to Wrestlemania 23 when Undertaker defeated Batista originally for the title. That one loss would lead to these two continually battling over the Gold for months and involving Edge when he cashed in to win the title after Undertaker was exhausted after a match with Batista. Undertaker would disappear as Batista fought long and hard to earn the title back after various matches with Edge and The Great Khali. The Undertaker returned and the Wrestlemania 23 war continued until it reached Survivor Series where 'The Animal' and 'The Phenom'in a Hell in a Cell Match to end it once and for all. After a Batista Bomb through a tables and a Tombstone Piledriver on the Steel Stairs, the match came to an end when Edge emerged hiding as a cameraman and attacked Undertaker before he could win the match. Edge would assault the Undertaker and drag Batista over to help 'The Animal' retain the World Title.
