Re: Backstage News On Potential RR & WM 29 Plans
They are NOT going to do Taker Vs. Trips again. They would not be that stupid.
If I had to guess, they will probably go with:
- Taker Vs. Brock is what they will probably do because it is something big they can do with Brock.
- Rock Vs. Cena II for the WWE Title. I would rather have Punk/Rock at Mania, but I think they will go for the big rematch.
- Punk Vs. HHH II to tie in with the Heyman thing and Punk's rebelling against the company again.
- Ziggler Vs. Ryback for the World Title = Because they want to push Ryback hard, but I don't see him quite breaking through the ceiling of the tippy top by that point.

Re: Backstage News On Potential RR & WM 29 Plans
WOW Vince is putting a lot on Ryback's back, wonder how that will turn out. Orton vs Sheamus is a match I want to see for the title, and Orton should turn heel to make it ace. I am completely against Ryback vs Taker, or any big name for that matter, except Brock.

Sheamus has been handed everything. If Orton wins, who gives a fuck? Orton has been handed everything. That match means nothing. No new star is created, nobody gets over, nobody benefits.
Plus, Orton being a heel would be terrible. Why do I want to see Orton be a heel when all the best up and comers are heels? Barrett, Sandow, etc. That only holds them back even further. WWE needs more stars. Seriously, do you have anything for us other than John Cena, CM Punk, Randy Orton, Sheamus, Big Show and Alberto Del Rio? Anything?

Wade Barrett. I still believe he will be a top heel soon. Yeah it sucks he is in squash matches and even against local guys. But they are building the guy up. Ryback did the same thing squash after squash after squash against local guys and lower card guys, now they have him teasing a feud with the WWE Champion (not now but down the line, probably TLC or Mania), even its because of Cena's health, they were going to have him in a program with the IC champion. And yeah he will lose but will continue to go up from there. I can't see why not the BOD wouldn't do the same with Barrett (either WWE Title or WHC scene).
And I am sure once he is back to singles competition (unfortunately for my nausea) Daniel Bryan will be up there. After Cena/Punk/Rock & Ziggler/Sheamus/Orton/Show whatever is over they probably put that loser back in one those scenes. The guy spent a year in the WHC/WWE picture and he is liked/hated by many fans now. Once this Team Hell No is over he will get a major push again (even though I don't like it).
And obviously Ryback for obvious reasons.

Why are we not allowed to have somebody like Barrett winning the world title at Mania? Every month it's the same fucking people, the exact same fucking people. Over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and fucking OVER. Pardon the repetitiveness, but I'm fucking OVER seeing that shit.

Or WWE could do what they've done for the past 2 years and try to develop a younger guy by wasting them at the beginning of the show. Maybe we can have another 10 second match because that's what Sheamus v Sandow will be.
Say what you want about Orton v Sheamus but it's a program WWE will commit to and is the biggest Championship match Smackdown has to offer.
Although I think Ryback Sheamus might be the better option.

I don't believe that for a second. If they valued him at all he'd have already won it.

Yes, because the match they had on Raw was 10 seconds long...

why not? You seriously think he will be involved with only squash matches til he leaves the company or retires?

Wrong. Orton? Yes absolutely. Sheamus? not enough. He needs heel Orton to get there.
As for this "report", its your typical crap, speculation at best. Taker will be working against Lesnar, thats big money match they are not going to throw that away. Rock/Cena II is obvious. Most of reports on HHH is based on the assumption that he always gets his win back or doesnt like to lose etc etc.. Its obviously ludicrous considering HHH loses most of his main events as a babyface, I dont think these idiots would ever realise the difference between a superstar losing a big main event match as a babyface compared to someone like jericho losing a upper mid card match as a heel. And HHH taps out most of the time. Lesnar has to tap out, for HHH to get his "win back". Taker/HHH is over, not happening 100% sure. It looks like Punk/Austin might actually happen this mania, they have been hinting on it for a while. All things considered in my estimation, HHH wont be working this mania at all.
