Hunter will be taking all the credit for this backstage no doubt.

Also if this means we end up getting Rock/Cena 2 and HHH/Lesnar 2 at Mania I'm gonna punch myself in the head.

- We noted back in the summer that WWE officials were likely going to offer Brock Lesnar another deal once his current deal expires at WrestleMania 29 next year. Lesnar's future with WWE was apparently going to be decided on the SummerSlam buyrate.

Now that those numbers have came out and this year's SummerSlam was the most successful since 2008, people in WWE note that Lesnar is almost guaranteed to receive another deal from WWE next year.

But I thought people wouldn't buy shows if John Cena was not in the main event?

So does this mean that, less than 6 months in, between the bumps in ER and SS numbers as well as the mainstream attention his return brought, Brock has already covered his $5million price tag?

Thats some sweet business, id love to be a fly on the wall of that next contract negotiation, Brock gettin dem big bucks.

HHH deserves some credit too.

They should have saved Brock vs Cena for Wrestlemania

Default Brock lesnar potential new contract

As summerslam buy rate was best since 2008 they are thinking of offering him a contract... if true i do hope he has more appearences, hell maybe he can win a title without worrying ahh he wont win a title cause his leaving, its good cause since his return its been fresh / remembering old times with him, just get more appearences ..

id love for him to be on again for another year

they will re-sign him, but Brock has them by the balls. It will be the same type of deal.
