I didn't watch it last night, but I read this morning that it was a draw? First of all that sounds like SHIT, and that just seems like WWE's lazy way of getting Cena a win in his hometown and for Punk too keep up his momentum.

No, he's still the champion, and it's an un-broken reign (meaning that Cena being announced as the champion for a minute doesn't count as a seperate reign and then it being a draw means that Punk starts a new reign). The champion retains in the result of a draw.
