An okay/rubbish match? Are you people fuckin serious?

That was a fantastic match. Almost, if not on par with their 2 matches last year. So what if it had a screwy finish? A double pin automatically makes it a bad match? Fuck no. Neither man got the decisive pinfall, it's a draw, therefore both men are equal, and there's a likely rematch coming.

The match was amazing, dont fucking cry just because of the finish. Would you rather have the match end with cm punk tapping out to the stf or a random FU?

Looks like page two of this thread is all in agreement the match was amazing I loved it. I was shocked at first when Cena won and I love how punks long title reign continues.

When it's Cena, it's a shit match. When its Bryan and Punk in a screwy finish, it's genius and a 5 star match of the year.

I've come to realise the majority of online fans are just marks for whoever their guy is, they don't really care about the quality of the match. Just as long as their guy wins.

If Punk had won clean over Cena, all the same people above would be stating it to be genius.

I thought it was a bit ridiculous. I hope the next number one contender match has nothing to do with John. I don't dislike the guy but I have found him to be even more monotonous then before

Oh wait, I get it.. it's because after this, Punk is now the definitive #2 to Cena. Not because it was a bad match at all.. you guys are such marks. This is what being a HEEL is all about. Don't any of understand?

Jesus christ.

Super Cena ruined the match.

I guess that the complaints about the finish come from Americans, who mainly watch sports where the rules are twisted so there always have to be a winner. To me such rules are pretty dumb since it simplifies everything. In proper sports there are draws, for example in relevant comparisons as MMA or Boxing. I liked the match and I think the ending did a good job of teasing horrible storytelling (Cena wins) and then pull it away to something with more quality.

A bit too much kicking out of finishers for my taste but since both got to do it more than once both came off as very strong, even the heel. What really makes me unable to complain is that the finish actually came from a move that wasn't a finisher. If there's something I would like to see a lot more of it's matches that don't end with finishers but with random big moves. That would make wrestling so much more dynamic.

Yeah. Because they know all about booking and who deserves a push, as long as it's their favorites. They get all whiny when the fan favorites win just because their own favorite loses.

This match was freakin' epic. I was on nails the whole time and we saw LOTS and LOTS of interesting spots and counters. It was absolute glorious, and the ending just leads us into the end of a huge feud in Hell in a Cell, where huge feuds SHOULD be ended. I couldn't be more happy.

That was great too watch. Maybe the dramaturgy in the ring was not that great, but the end was awesome.
I love it.

6/27/11 is same important as 6/23/96

A legend never dies: June 18, 1962 - June 13, 2009

Not removing until:
[] Shelton Benjamin makes a comeback
[] Charlie Haas makes a comeback
[] Kenny Dykstra makes a comeback
[] Raw makes again a 6.5 or even a higher rating
[] John Morrison becomes WWE champion
[] CM Punk wins Royal Rumble
[] CM Punk and Daniel Bryan main eventing Wrestlemania in an iron man match (and so creating epic stuff as e.g. misawa and kawada did in their matches)
[] WWE pays tribute to Mitsuharu Misawa

Punk holding the title for 434 days was epic. it was the greatest reign in the history of wrestling (but not the way the reign ended):
4-3-4
4-3-4
4-3-4
