I say the crowd ate his WM 27 promo up, but anytime I see that promo I just think "Oh Rock, what are you doing?" I liked it when it was on, but watching it back it wasn't great. But it was always going to be tough doing that promo. What do you talk about?

Shit like that makes me dislike him. I mean, fair enough, not everybody can/will like the Rock, but to be that attitudal...at least he is not lying when he says he is "brutally honest". But then again, that is not a good thing at times. Rock should've gave him a lashing of words right then and there to be honest, shows character to hold your tongue.

He should leave and take the title with him to Hollywood. TMZ would follow him around with the belt and it would make the title mainstream again.

He should not defend it until Wrestlemania when he debuts the new belt design in the Main Event and retain the title...only defending it and showing up for the magor ppvs.

The Rock should get the Hogan treatment and a long title reign.

Gonna be interesting to see what goes last, the title match or the Rumble itself. Last time it didn't end the show was in 2006 I think when Undertaker returned after Angle-Henry

I think Rock/Punk will end it. Rock is the main event guy when he is around, completely. Plus:
-Punk(who people will WANT to see lose) automatically has a rematch of sorts, so the idea of him entering the Royal Rumble Match is gone there.
-The rumble will either go to Cena or someone else(who will face the WHC, as no-one outside of Cena is facing Rocky at WrestleMania XXIX).
-The PPV will end nicely with The Rock celebrating his WWE Championship victory. The Rock is winning, period. No other time-frame for winning the title makes sense. He wins and holds it, then loses it at Mania 29 before he has to film fully again.(There were ideas of him winning at Mania then vacating the title, but that is not going to happen. Vince will want The Rock to showcase the title during his busy Spring schedule around the world, and of course, Cena will need to beat the Rock)
