One of my big reasons for buying the Rumble was the thought that Punk/Rock will never happen again in a straight up one in one match. Look how well that turned out for me...

Can't say I am excited for this match tbh, Rumble match was beyond disappointing. Perhaps by not getting my hopes up this match will seem better. Part of me wants Punk to regain it to stop Cena/Rock II and not have the championship off of a part-timer. But then if Rock drops it there was no point in him ever winning it (beyond the validation of finally winning the championship once again).

If they wanted Punk to be champion going in to Mania they would've kept it on him all the way, ending the longest reign in 25 years for 2-3 weeks in screwy fashion just to then put it back on him again would be beyond retarded.

Watched the match again and I really enjoyed it, definitely better than Rock/Cena was for me. I also heard Rock isn't gonna be on Raw next week? That sucks, I honestly thought he would be on every Raw if he became champ.

Sorry, but there is a chance. Besides, it will only happen if a triple threat happens. So why would Rock win in the first place? Because it gives him a huge victory in his first match in a year, of course. If a triple threat happens, no reason for Punk to be in it unless he wins it back, he will only get one rematch with Rock, Vince has no reason to give him a second if he loses again.

Rock/Cena was in no way better, and Punk hit both the elbow and the Vice, did you even watch the match? Plus, there is more to rating the matches than the actual wrestling. Rock/Cena was all hype and very little substance.

Didn't see RAW but I guess The Rock will defend the title in a Chamber match? No point in having a non-title one considering Cena won the Royal Rumble and will challenge for the WWE Championship at Mania. They could do 1 Chamber match for the WHC but that would be weird.

Either way, The Rock is retaining the title. Predictable? yes but still I'm looking forward to it. Rock/Punk was good despite what many butthurt Punk marks say. Good storytelling by both and great selling by The Rock. idk why people say he was gassed. He was clearly selling the fact that Punk dominated most of the match & worked over his rib & kidney area.
