Anything involving The Rock centers around "hype". Hype > actual match quality. I don't see the point in giving Rock the title only to lose it to Cena at Mania. For that, they should've just given Ryback the strap.

Is Rock being champion similar to David Arquette being WCW champ? I respect Rock's accomplishments in WWE and respect Dwayne's rise to stardom and successful movie career, but he just doesn't belong with the WWE title. The build to Rock/Cena 2 will center around bad jokes, moments of seriousness that Cena will laugh off, and more bull crap.

agreed.. multiple finishers and kicking out of multiple near falls should be saved for Wrestlemania

shows how spoiled the current so-called "smarks" are where they expect 50 finishers and 100 fake near falls in ppv's

Not really since the botch table spot and the overbooked fuckery finsih ruined it for me. At least with Rock/Cena, there was no bullshit with it.

I understand what you mean, but Punk/Rock was not supposed to be any regular old PPV main event. I expected more finishers and more near-falls. I'm not talking near-falls like boring Kurt Angle matches, but just a more exciting and emotional duel for the WWE title.

Cena/Punk matches are ALWAYS incredible and keep me at the edge of my seat. I expected something similar out of Punk/Rock as well. Not a bad match by any means, but not the classic many, including I, were expecting.

they taught a masters class for ring psychology and when cm punk beat the rock 1 2 3

legit. felt like my heart was ripped out my chest

with his music playing and the crowd in stunned silence and the shock painted on their faces.. it was clear i wasn't the only one

that was until Vince came out and breathed life into everyone once more



you cannot buy these experiences and moments..

WWE delivered last night and i for one cannot wait for the buyrates result
